Cross Creek Ranch is a 3,200 acre master planned community off FM 1093 and FM 1463 in Fulshear, Texas. There will be 400 acres dedicated to open space, with over 50 miles of trails, several hundred acres of lakes and a newly restored Flewellen Creek. Other amenities will include a Fitness/Wellness Center, mulit-purpose clubhouse, and a water park with resort-style pool, wading pool, spray park & water slide. A Welcome Center will greet visitors to the community with it's 70-foot tower and Cross Creek Ranch Cafe that offers light refreshments. The community will feature authentic Southeast Texas ranch-style architecture. The first phase will feature schools of Katy ISD, with later phases to be served by Lamar Consolidated ISD.
