See David Weekley Homes Sales Consultant for details. The Double Your Tax Credit incentive is valid from January 1, 2010, to April 30, 2010, on all David Weekley homes sold in the Jacksonville area. Contracts must be signed on or before January 30, 2010, and close on or before June 30, 2010, on to-be-built homes in order to be eligible for the Government Tax Credit. Incentive valid only on Decorator Selections, Home Discount or Closing Costs only. Any amount allocated to Closing Costs is subject to limits on seller contributions, and can only be used for costs actually charged by the lender or Title Company for their services. Decorator selections must be made through the David Weekley Homes Design Center in Jacksonville. Any other amount above $8,000 is Homebuyer’s responsibility. Offer must be presented to a David Weekley Homes Sales Consultant at time of contract. The federal tax credit is administered by the IRS and certain restrictions and limitations apply. Homebuyer is responsible for meeting all the requirements of programs and determining their eligibility for the tax credit. Mortgage Interest Rates are subject to change without notice.
