Inside the Homeowner Portfolio
The Homeowner Portfolio includes helpful information about the purchase of your new home, any financing details, a contact list for your home building Team, new home decorator selections, our step-by-step construction process, closing information and details about our multi-level warranty.
This is also a great place to store important phone numbers and all documentation you receive during the construction process. And, if you decide to sell your home at a later date, it’s a convenient way to provide the new Homebuyer with a complete history of the home. This not only makes the buying and selling process easier, but helps real estate professionals understand the history of the home, too.
