Go East on the San Tan 202. Exit Gilbert Road. Go South on Gilbert Road to Chandler Heights Road. Go East on Chandler Heights to Desert Jewel. Turn Right at Desert Jewel (the main entrance to Valencia). Continue straight for about a mile; turn Right on Pinaleno Place then right on Cedar Drive. The Marbella model is on the right across from the park and playground.

From Tucson:
Take I-10 to Phoenix; exit on Riggs Road. Go East on Riggs Road to Gilbert Road. Go North on Gilbert Road to Chandler Heights Road. Turn Right on Chandler Heights; go East to Desert Jewel. Turn right on Desert Jewel (the main entrance to Valencia). Continue straight for about a mile; turn Right on Pinaleno Place then Left on Cedar Drive.
