Foxbank Plantation is located directly off of Highway 52 between Goose Creek and Moncks Corner.  From downtown Charleston:  travel west on I-26.  Take exit 209 (Hwy 52) toward Goose Creek.  Continue on Hwy 52 until you reach the Cypress Gardens Road intersection.  Take a left at the next street (Foxbank Plantation Blvd - not marked).  Travel down to the traffic circle and take first right off traffic circle on to Red Leaf Blvd.  The model home is the first home on the left.

From Columbia:  travel east on I-26.  Take exit 199 (toward Moncks Corner) and continue on Hwy 17 until you reach the intersection of Cypress Gardens Road about 5.8 miles.  Turn right onto Cypress Gardens Road and continue to stop light at Hwy 52.  Take a left onto Hwy 52 and take the next left (Foxbank Plantation Blvd - not marked).  Travel down to the traffic circle and take first right off traffic circle on to Red Leaf Blvd.  The model home is the first home on the left.
