We have two fully-furnished Idea Homes for you to tour at the New Home Center. These beautiful homes are filled with the latest design trends, features and also showcase a variety of standard and upgraded features. You’ll also experience our unique LifeDesign℠ concept, which encompasses the placement of rooms, flow of traffic patterns and the use of windows and light!
Instant Information
With a computerized browsing kiosk, Homebuyers can access a wealth of information about communities in and around the Houston, Texas area, as well as schools, shopping centers and tax rates. This invaluable information is perfect for those moving to Houston for the first time.
Kiddie Korner
Our Kiddie Korner is great place where younger ones can play and be a kid while you browse the Design Center. However, the Kiddie Korner is unsupervised and making arrangements for childcare may be the best option for you to enjoy your Design Appointment without distractions.
