FROM I-10 AND THE ENERGY CORRIDOR:
Traveling east or west on I-10 exit Pin Oak. Take the Cane Island Parkway exit north and follow the detour around the roundabout to Commerce Parkway. Follow Commerce Parkway to the right and turn right onto 90 at the stop sign. Turn left onto Carolina St. Turn left onto First St. Turn right into Cane Island. The Welcome Center and Amenity Village are on your right.

FROM HWY 99/THE GRAND PARKWAY:
Take the Cane Island Parkway Exit. Turn right onto Cane Island Parkway (follow the detour signs until you reach HWY 90)
Turn right onto HWY 90. You will see the Cane Island entrance to your left as you continue down Hwy 90, however it is currently under construction, so you will have to continue down further to the first railroad crossing on the left, Carolina St. Take a left on Carolina St., cross the rail road tracks, then take a left onto 1st street. This will take you to the main entrance where you will take a right onto Cane Island Parkway  Head down Cane Island Parkway, when you reach the Amenity Village, take a right on Buffalo Bend Drive  At the stop sign, take a left on Tonkawa Trail and the model home will on your right hand side - 2010 Tonkawa Trail


FROM THE WESTPARK TOLLWAY (AN EZ TAG ONLY TOLL ROAD):
Travel west on the Westpark Tollway, and take the exit to go North on Highway 99. Exit I-10 West and go about four miles to the Cane Island Parkway exit north and follow the detour around the roundabout to Commerce Parkway.
