22nd ANNUAL HOLIDAY HOME TOUR SHOWCASES TWO DAVID WEEKLEY MODEL HOMES

Tampa, Florida (November 4, 2014): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest, privately-held home builder, is proud to feature two model homes in the GFWC Brandon Service League’s 22nd Annual Holiday Home Tour. The Carverdale in The Preserve at FishHawk Ranch and The Norchester in Brooker Reserve will be open for tours during the event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 6.

The Carverdale is a Weekley model home in The Preserve at FishHawk Ranch and has five bedrooms, study, four full baths, one half bath and a three-car garage. Other highlights of the home include a Mediterranean-style pool, a large lanai complete with outdoor kitchen and fireplace, a soaking tub and super shower in the owner’s bath and vaulted ceilings in the owner’s retreat. Homes in The Preserve at FishHawk Ranch start from the $470s and range in size from 3,100 to 3,800 square feet.

Located in Brooker Reserve, The Norchester offers four bedrooms, three full baths, a study and three-car garage. The open-concept kitchen is done in Weekley’s signature style overlooking both the dining and family rooms. The lanai and pool are both screened with views from the family room and owner’s retreat. Prices in Brooker Reserve start from the $330s and include homes on 60-, 70- and 80-foot homesites.

The Holiday Home Tour is the Brandon Service League’s largest fundraiser of the year, and is used to support a variety of community-based organizations, including Boys & Girls Club of Brandon, Brandon Area High School Art Departments and Brandon Outreach Clinic.
