Central Living by David Weekley Homes Breaks Ground in Highgrove

Dallas, TX (August 29, 2016): Central Living by David Weekley Homes, the high-density division of David Weekley Homes that builds luxury homes in prime locations, recently broke ground on HighGrove at West Kessler Heights, a new community located in north Oak Cliff bordering Kessler Park and Stevens Park and across the street from Winnetka Heights.

HighGrove will include a total of 53 single-family homes, many with rooftop views over Stevens Park Golf Course and the downtown Dallas skyline. These two- and three-story homes will feature distinct architecture and offer low-maintenance living. This pedestrian-friendly community will feature cobblestone streets, short blocks and two landscaped pocket parks.

Within two miles of the community is the Bishop Arts District, Twelve Oaks Nature Center and Stevens Park Golf Course. In addition, the new Coombs Creek Hike and Bike Trail is located around the corner. Residents will also be in close proximity to downtown Dallas and shopping, dining, entertainment and art galleries in the Bishop Arts District, the TyPo District and Trinity Groves.
