Orlando, FL (April 8, 2015): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, has broken ground on their final phase in Spring Lake at Celebration. Phase III will consist of 86 homesites and will feature the home builder’s Bungalow, Garden, Villa and Townhome series, ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,700 square feet and starting from the $290s.
Originally developed by The Celebration Company, a subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company, Celebration is located in Osceola County, Florida, near Walt Disney World Resort®. David Weekley Homes initially entered the community in 1996 and was the first home builder selected for the new community. Weekley built 800 homes in Celebration from 1996 to 2005.
Since re-launching into Celebration in 2012, David Weekley Homes sold 21 homes in 2013 and 63 homes in 2014. So far in 2015, 22 homes have been sold. The builder offers multiple model homes to showcase the product lines available that are open to the public from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
