Steve Puls Named Division President

Portland, OR (November 2, 2017): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, announced today its expansion to its newest market in Portland, OR, and has named Steve Puls as division president.

“I am very excited to bring David Weekley’s award-winning designs and world-class service to homebuyers in Portland,” Puls said. “I look forward to growing our Portland division and introducing our high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout the city.”

Puls joined David Weekley Homes in 2016, bringing 25 years of home building experience to his new role. He earned a degree in construction management from California Polytechnic University.

Headquartered in Houston, David Weekley Homes began building in 1976 and has closed nearly 90,000 homes to date. The builder is now selling single-family homes in the Portland-area communities of Berkshire at Villebois and Brookwood Landing.

Berkshire at Villebois is located in Wilsonville. This master-planned community offers great views and more than 160 acres of trails and paths, parks, green spaces and nature reserves. Weekley’s two- and three-story homes in Berkshire at Villebois range from 1,700-2,100 square feet with optional bonus rooms. A Grand Opening event will be held November 4-5 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at The Stanford model home located at 11422 SW Barber Street in Wilsonville.
