Orlando, FL (January 25, 2017): From February 1 to February 28, 2017, David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, is offering special incentives on to-be-built homes and ready-soon showcase homes in the Oviedo community of Evans Square. Officially open for sales on February 1, Evans Square is priced from the mid $400s.

Homebuyers who build a David Weekley home from the ground up will receive 50% off decorator selections, up to a total of $15,000 off. Customers who wish to skip the build time and purchase a ready-soon showcase home will receive up to $15,000 in closing costs, as well as a free appliance package, including a refrigerator, washer and dryer.
