DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES OFFERS BUYERS $15,000 PROMOTION TOWARD NEW HOME

Buyers can receive an additional $5,000 toward closing costs with use of the builder’s preferred lender for a total incentive amount of $15,000.

For new, to-be-built homes purchased between January 1, 2015, and March 31, 2015, buyers can choose from thousands of Custom Choices™ in the builder’s Design Center to utilize their $10,000 decorator allowance. From flooring to fixtures, to cabinets and countertops, the Design Center is a one-stop shop for customers to personalize their new home.

The David Weekley Homes promotion is valid on all to-be-built homes in eight of their Tampa-area communities, excluding Central Living, Allendale Court, Fremont Townes and all Central Living product lines in other communities. The communities available for the promotion include Brooker Reserver, FishHawk Ranch, Hunters Lake, Longleaf, Old Memorial Estates, Union Park, Waterleaf and Waterset.
