David Weekley Homes is excited to announce that our Eagle Springs community was one of the nation’s top 20 master planned communities (MPCs) for new-home sales in 2010, according to a report from RCLCO, a national real estate advisory firm. With 147 new-home sales last year, Eagle Springs ranked 20th on the national list, and ranked seventh among Houston area communities in the report.
Eagle Springs is a 1,360-acre master-planned community located at Will Clayton Parkway and Timber Forest Drive in Humble, Texas. Here, David Weekley Homes features its award-winning homes within the gated community of Eagle Springs – Princeton Park priced from the $220s. This community also offers 15-acre athletic club and sports complex, pools, lighted tennis courts, a club house and recognized Humble ISD schools.
“Offering a diverse range of new-home products and fresh model homes has been key to the success of Eagle Springs,” said Kayla Webb, marketing director for Newland Communities. “Location and a wooded environment have also been strong draws for homebuyers, along with onsite schools in the Humble Independent School District.”
Other Newland Communities in Houston on the RCLCO list included Cinco Ranch in Katy, which ranked number one in Houston and third nationally. Telfair, located in Sugar Land, ranked third in Houston and sixth nationally. Newland’s Teravista community in Austin and its FishHawk Ranch community in Tampa were also in the top 20.
