New David Weekley Homes Community Coming Soon to Lakeshore Estates


 

Tampa, FL (August 30, 2017): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held home builder, will soon begin building homes in the northern Tampa community of Lakeshore Estates. Located in Lutz, this intimate enclave of 15 homes will be priced from the low $400s.

Lakeshore Estates will offer four floor plan options, ranging from 2,700 to 3,000 square feet of living space with open-concept floor plans and optional lanais. The community will open for sales in the fourth quarter 2017.
