RALEIGH, NC (March 19, 2015): A new model home by David Weekley is now open in Briar Chapel – The Kenan Collection. The two–story Valwood model is 2,264 square feet with three bedrooms, including an upstairs Owner’s Retreat, two full baths, one half bath, a large retreat area and covered porch.
