Setting the precedent within the homebuilding industry, David Weekley Homes was the first to feature a unique complex called the New Home Center. Located in Houston, the New Home Center was developed in 1997 to offer consumers a "one-stop shopping" arena to fulfill their entire list of new homebuilding needs. The 17,000-square-foot facility provides services and information ranging from thousands of new home amenities and floorplans to tax rates and community demographics.

Map Room - To assist consumers with basic location and price information, the New Home Center provides a geographic breakdown of the Houston area, highlighting areas where Weekley homes currently are under construction and price ranges throughout different subdivisions. An architectural map details the building developments, allowing consumers to project commute times and view proximity to necessary outlet centers. Information regarding school districts, tax rates and community amenities also is available.

Build-On-Your-Lot Program - The Build-On-Your-Lot program affords the luxury of constructing a David Weekley home on a privately owned lot. Access to more than 50 floorplans is available to give consumers numerous options depending on the size of their lot and personal preference.
Idea Homes
Three new, fully furnished idea homes are located on the site, providing consumers an opportunity to personally tour differing floorplans and designs and see the latest in trends, merchandise and custom choices.
