No. Customers are able to sort by date and filter the photos by stages. They can also mark photos their favorite and view only the favorite ones.
TMs do not reset Customer's passwords. Customers can log on to MyDWHome.com and click on having issues logging on. A pop up will ask for the email address that was used to set up the account, and an email will be sent to that email address with instructions to reset their password.
Yes, you can go to MyDWHome.com and click on the resend invitation link below the log in section. Enter the job number and this will send an email to the email address that was the primary when the sale was approved.
If the email address is incorrect in TIPS, you will need to contact the help desk to get it corrected and a new invitation sent out.
Once the home has started, the start lock flag is checked, or Final Selections have been marked complete, Wish List will turn into Final Selections, where the customer’s will see the selections on their home.
