My name is Bob Dellinger and my wife and I are residents in the David Weekley Homes community of Bailey Springs in Davidson, North Carolina. I am a real estate Broker, and am currently the Broker-in-Charge for the Lake Norman office of Helen Adams Realty in Huntersville, North Carolina.

Our home in Bailey Springs is the second David Weekley home we have built. Our first encounter with the David Weekley construction process was, without question, a most pleasurable experience. We couldn't have been more pleased with the overall process, the quality of construction and the commitment to Customer Service after we moved into our house. We built our second David Weekley home here in Bailey Springs, and it was an even better experience than before! The construction proceeded on schedule, and our Sales Consultant and Personal Builder℠ were always available.

After living in this home for over a year, we couldn't be more pleased with the quality, and of course it's all backed up with that terrific David Weekley Homes commitment to Customer Service! We built a Green Home, and I am pleased to say everything is very energy efficient! Everything we need is conveniently located on the main floor of our home, and we added a Bonus Room, bath and bedroom on the upper level to accommodate our family visitors. We have seven grandchildren, and they love the upstairs Bonus Room which was designed to be their "special" room. Our private Charleston-style courtyard in the back provides a wonderful retreat for reading and socializing – it's just perfect!
