When you walk through one of our model homes, it’s easy for your Clients to picture themselves at home. There, experience one of our floor plans come to life and see how LifeDesign™ helps a home live as good as it looks. Our model homes are open daily, but if our schedule doesn’t suit yours, see a Sales Consultant for a private tour of a Showcase Home. You can also contact a helpful Internet Advisor to get information on our homes, communities and building process.

Don’t forget to complete a Commission Protection Agreement for each prospective Homebuyer you bring to our model home or sales office. This allows you to receive commissions and incentives if one of your Clients purchases a David Weekley home.
