Our sales rep was Alison: Alison brought the perfect lot to our attention. We appreciate how she knew exactly what we were looking for, and how she helped through process. Her loan company referral was excellent. Through the construction process, she made sure we had weekly updates. Our construction manager was Matt Guerrero. We can't say enough about him. Matt is very conscientious and responsive. During our construction,100% of the time Matt was always very personable and positive. We could not have asked for a better project better. After close we were introduced to Warranty Service Rep, Tina Scott. Tina has been great, so nice and responsive.

From our first time looking at the models straight through the move-in process, everyone at David Weekley was friendly, knowledgeable and accessible. Our questions were always addressed in a timely manner. Even after we moved into our new home, the level of commitment to making sure everything was perfect for us was amazing. At one of our many visits to the area early in 2024 we switched from our plan to build and decided to purchase a Quick Move-In Home. We love it! While not entirely moved and no place close to being settled, we have had a great experience to date, as we move through making the house our home. Alison from the sales team, Paul from the construction team and Tina from the warranty team have each been super helpful with a keen focus on customer service! We didn't expect perfection but have truly been pleased with their efforts to address things that do need fixing! We've had great conversations and prompt attention on every item! I strongly recommend DWH. The quality of design, construction, and customer service really is second to none.

The house was 100 percent ready when I moved in and not one issue that I could find needing touch up or repair. Brittany Quinn my sales lady was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always there when I needed her. I've been in construction for nearly a half century and have bought or built many homes and this is by far the best so far. Thank you David Weekley Homes!

Cody Arbec and Angela Moseley were amazing to work with! We received weekly phone calls and tons of status photos, so we knew exactly where we were in the build process every step of the way. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. This is our fourth new build and we have never experienced this level of service. Thank you, Cody and Angela, for helping us build the home of our dreams!

When we moved in everything worked great. During the first two weeks after moving in the David Weekly checked with us frequently to make sure there were no issues. We are very happy with our home and couldn’t be happier with the David Weekly team. Many thanks to Rose, Deb, Justin, Larry and Carlye. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Frankly, Davidweekley should be ashamed at the house we were presented with. We paid for a luxury home, but did not get what paid for. The finishes look like it was done by third graders learning how to color within the lines. Fixtures were not completely secured and halfway out. Holes in lighting fixtures. Paint smears all over hardwares and floor. Ductwork didn’t meet code requirements. Roof tiles falling off the roof ( thankfully it didn’t hit us). I don’t have the time to list all the problems. During the warranty walk thru, the agent asked if we had painted the ascent walls ourselves because the painting jobs looked so unprofessional done. Yes, very disappointing.

They all were and still are very helpful, kind, thorough and attentive to your needs. We have purchased new homes with two other national builders and I must say DWH's buying experience is far and above the others.

Our salesperson and builder were very easy to work with. We ran into lots of delays due to supply chain issues and lack of available workers for various projects on site. Because of these issues, we were delayed 7 months. The finished home is lovely, however, we notice a preponderance of subpar workmanship. It may be due to not enough employees, not enough time or lack of knowledge on how to do the job. Many problems have been corrected by our builder and also by us the homeowners. We have built 2 homes previous to this experience with general contractors and had much less problems. I hope that your business model can incorporate a better standard so that you continue to succeed. David Weekley has a good reputation, but I have heard others comment on the lack of attention to detail.

We built this home from a few states away and from start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. Our Salesperson was exceptional on all fronts and the Personal Builder was equally as good. David Weekley Homes builds high quality homes that are well-designed, comfortable and their floor plans are attractive and highly functional. Additionally, their customer service is outstanding. We highly recommend David Weekley Homes and would build with them again in a heartbeat.
