Rated 1 out of 5 by from Read everything and DO NOT take anyone word. DWH, tried to keep my earnest money of $15,000.00. I used their preferred lender and I was lead to believe everything was good for me to secure the loan. I gave DWH an initial $5,000.00 then another $10,000.00 after ten days per the contract. And, I provided their lend will all the documents that they requested. Then, when it came close to closing, their lender said I was not qualified due to my taxes for tax year 2022. DWH, sent me a decline letter and said they were going to keep my earnest money of $15,000.00. My realtor and I wrote letters to the Broker, Clay, to absolutely no avail. He was TERRIBLE!! Then, I went to another lender, with the exact same information and I was approved. No credit issues nor income issues. The second lender asked me, why DWH preferred lender could not tell me within three days whether they could get me approved. I purchased the home, however, I seriously doubt I would purchase a home from DWH again. The worst house buying experience ever. My recommendation to YOU is, make sure you read everything and DO NOT take anyone word when it comes to the contract. Get everything in writing and have ALL communication documented.

He went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied in our home. Erik Anderson Was Our building coordinator and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was always available when we needed anything. He was quick to respond and make sure that the job was done correctly. He absolutely made sure that we We were always happy with all parts of the building process and ready to address any and all issues that we had with great success!! I Highly recommend both Art and Erik When choosing a David Weekley home!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lot 376 Our overall experience has been great. We love the new home and the David Weekly's team assigned to our purchase and construction has been top notch. Our sales rep was Alison: Alison brought the perfect lot to our attention. We appreciate how she knew exactly what we were looking for, and how she helped through process. Her loan company referral was excellent. Through the construction process, she made sure we had weekly updates. Our construction manager was Matt Guerrero. We can't say enough about him. Matt is very conscientious and responsive. During our construction,100% of the time Matt was always very personable and positive. We could not have asked for a better project better. After close we were introduced to Warranty Service Rep, Tina Scott. Tina has been great, so nice and responsive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Home at Meridian at Northpointe at Vistancia From the sales team to the builders and all of the support staff, we could not have had a better experience purchasing our home from David Weekley! From our first time looking at the models straight through the move-in process, everyone at David Weekley was friendly, knowledgeable and accessible. Our questions were always addressed in a timely manner. Even after we moved into our new home, the level of commitment to making sure everything was perfect for us was amazing. I would highly recommend David Weekly Homes to anyone looking for a new home!

The communication and the continued updates along with our weekly conference calls created a fantastic experience for my wife and I while we went through the building process. David Weekley provided an extremely unique experience by setting their standards so high, and giving us the comfort of knowing that the building process would go along smoothly. It's always nice to have peace of mind and complete trust that people are watching out for you. Thank you very much David weekly, Allison, Austin, and Matt are builder. You made this happen. Rated 5 out of 5 by from DWH Quick Move-In Home buying Experience We first met Alison at DWH in 2017...She kept in touch without being pushy or annoying and was always available when we were in the area or had questions from afar. At one of our many visits to the area early in 2024 we switched from our plan to build and decided to purchase a Quick Move-In Home. We love it! While not entirely moved and no place close to being settled, we have had a great experience to date, as we move through making the house our home. Alison from the sales team, Paul from the construction team and Tina from the warranty team have each been super helpful with a keen focus on customer service! We didn't expect perfection but have truly been pleased with their efforts to address things that do need fixing! We've had great conversations and prompt attention on every item! I strongly recommend DWH. The quality of design, construction, and customer service really is second to none.
