Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Decision Ever! I'm a realtor and have sold several weekly homes with all of my clients being extremely satisfied. My husband and I went out to see a model because he had never been before and within minutes he said to me "why aren't we building one ourselves." From the beginning of the experience with Chris throughout the whole building experience with our team, it was an amazing job well done. I sell other new builds to clients and they do not get the care that the team at weekly gives their clients . There was never a Friday that we did not get a phone call with an update from our team . That's above and beyond service. Our new home is the most beautiful thing we have ever purchased and we are thrilled. And meeting our team at our new build after closing they threw out the red carpet literally. Such a great decision.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality build in an urban community The site manager (Chuck) made our experience a great one. He was always present, friendly and very helpful. The sales team was friendly, but there was a lot of turnover - I would recommend bringing your own agent to help with the sales team turnover. The construction quality was great - I think primarily because of Chuck. The designers, mortgage companies and closing agents were pretty lousy - Pick your own if you can. The closing was the worst experience I have ever had - and I have bought and sold quite a few properties. Bravo to the site manager (Chuck) for holding everything together with all the changes that occurred during our build. Would I do this again - Yes.

Also, didn’t like that we basically did the quality control i.e. walking through each room to identify what’s wrong. Lots of the items we marked with the “blue” tape to be fixed or painted should have been completed before the buyers initial walk through.
