Kirsten has a special way of always in tune with the customer. She is great at follow up and very professional and customer focused. Wes knows how to build a new home. He is strong project manager, he does not disappoint. Wes truly cares about delivering a good product. We are very happy with the house. We look forward to enjoying our bew home!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Experience My experience with was very welcoming, it was filled with informational things that I needed to know to reassure me that the home was building in the right direction, any issues that came up was addressed before I could even mention it, any delays were taken care of and I was notified so there wasn't any surprises. I am very pleased with my experience, especially pleased with my Realtors, Builders and Warranty Coordinator. I don't think anyone else would have made this experience anymore stress free and enjoyable.

From the first day we walked into the model home to the day we closed and moved into our new home, the process was smooth and enjoyable. Our sales agent John Haden had exceptional customer service and went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire home selection and design process. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and had excellent communication skills that made the process go flawlessly! Our superintendent Phillip Stevens was a complete pleasure to work with. His attention to detail and ability to accommodate and respond to all of our questions and requests was extremely professional. He was extremely knowledgeable of the build process and put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. We are beyond ecstatic with the quality and final product that Phillip delivered and could not be more happy and satisfied with our new home! Kudos and job well done to this extraordinary David Weekly team!

Mark and Darin were great to work with and you can tell they love what they do. They were always there for us through the entire process. Any questions we had were answered and we just love the home that was built for us. After we closed on the house Jacob and JR have been great to work with as well. If we need anything we know we can reachout to the entire team at David Weekley and they will be there for us. This has been the best building experience we have ever had. We appreciate all that the team has done for us to help make this a fantastic journey.

And after having spent a great amount of time in the A&E and construction industries, I could see the strength of the David Weekley homes. John Gross, our GC, was fantastic! He was very responsive with answers to all of our questions and was sure to watch over every aspect of the construction and finishes. I could not have asked for anyone better. Allison Baughman was extremely helpful in walking us through the design finishes and the many options. We are very pleased with the results!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was just OK. Building a home is always a significant and memorable journey, and ours was no exception. Overall, our experience had its mix of highs and lows. Starting with the positives, the construction manager was quite good. Despite a few differences here and there, he was reasonable and worked with us to address our concerns, ensuring that our vision for the house was being realized. The salesperson, in particular, was awesome. From the very beginning, they made sure that we felt supported and understood, which made the entire planning and construction phase much smoother. However, our experience was not without its challenges. The subcontractors that David Weekley Homes employs are terrible. Their work was often subpar, and we noticed several issues that had to be addressed repeatedly. It was frustrating to see the lack of quality and attention to detail from the subcontractors, which ruined the overall experience. Moreover, after moving in, dealing with the post-move warranty representative was a major pain point. Lack of Customer service skill, and interactions with the warranty person were often unpleasant. His attitude was quite rude, which only added to the frustration after moving into our new home. In summary, while there were certainly positive aspects of our home-building journey, especially with the main team members, the issues with subcontractors and the poor post-move customer service significantly impacted our overall satisfaction.

June-Nov 23, in December we got pushed back 2 months. From the end of January -April 2024 not great. Our superintendent Vinny failed us. Once Tom Shelton was assigned things ran smoothly again & he was wonderful. Our warranty team has been awesome and everything has been completed and very professional.

We cannot say enough about our lovely home and the ongoing support we get from our warranty team. While things may not be perfect along the way, just trust that DW will take care of you and your new home.

John Haden, Our sales consultant was phenomenal, always available to contact and helping us through out the entire process. A truly gentleman! John Gross, our constructor, was always in touch, up dating us about the construction and even after the closing, taking care of our house since we still are outside the US. We can’t describe how pleased and satisfied we are with both of them. We definitely recommend David Weekley and its team.

It took around 11 months to complete from initial signing to closing. But all the time, Danielle kept us informed on the status every week. And so Philip who was the assigned builder for my house. They also helped with few small changes and the house has come up great. Great work by the team.

The entire build team was great and from the moment we met our sales rep we knew we made the right decision. She supported us throughout the home build and throughout the closing process. We had a wonderful experience with our design assistant. She helped us address the myriad of issues with selecting the correct decor for our new house. Finally, our builder was great. He and our sales rep talked to us weekly and kept us informed of the building status. Any questions we had, he was quick to address and resolve for us. Overall, it was a great experience! Thanks DW.
