Cindy and Brendan at DW were the best team to work with us. They were AWESOME! They kept us informed throughout the process with weekly calls during the build. We looked forward to talking to them, and they are wonderful. I would HIGHLY recommend the DW experience. It's worth it from the customer service and quality perspective.

From the initial sale of the home by Patty Rivera, to the regular check in's on the home by Louis Samuels, to the warranty reviews. Every aspect of the building process was fantastic. The layout of the home was amazing, the view I got was great, the financing representative from FBC mortgage was adept, knowledgable and helpful for me deciding the best financial choice given my budget and I'm happy with my payments. I LOVE the bedrooms, the stairs, the living room design, the cabinets and the garage. I can't wait to continue to make this place my own day by day and grow in this home. I visited other new builds and none of them were as good as the David Weekly homes from the designs, structural set up, and quality while thinking of the home owner which is ultimately why I chose this home. In the future if I am able to use them again I would definitely do so and I'ld recommend them to anyone looking for a home.

From our Sales Consultant Ashley Morton - helping us to select the right lot and floorplan for our family, to our Builder Mike - always a phone call or text message away, to our Design Consultant Valerie - guiding us through selecting the right upgrades and selections for the perfect looks that complement our desired style, to Abby our Warranty Specialist - checking on us regularly after closing and handling our minor corrections missed at our "All-Item-Completed" meeting. We couldn't be happier with the process of building our first home with David Weekley. There's no perfect builder, but David Weekley goes above and beyond to personalize our home to perfection. We previously built 2 other homes with another builder and could not believe the attention to detail and outstanding service we have received from Ashley Morton (our sales rep)and Jarrett Walker (our personal builder). They truly had us covered every step of the way, treated us like family and still do. Not only was the staff incredible to work with but our home turn out so beautiful, exactly what we wanted and amazing quality. I am confident should anything come up David Weekley will continue to take great care of us. The most amazing gift David Weekley gave us is this community! From the very start of the building process we were invited to events intended to build relationships with your neighbors, and I believe David Weekley’s efforts in this are the reason we immediately felt at home and already building wonderful friendships with our neighbors. Nothing like we’ve experienced in our 3 prior neighborhoods. If we do find ourselves in the market again we will only consider a David Weekley Home. DW was highly recommended by everyone in the area. We have a amazing experience then. We sold that property because we needed more space. In 2023, we went under contract with DW in Laureate Park once again trusting we would have the same amazing experience. We purchased a quick move in house like before expecting everything to be fine. That was not the case!!! Everything has been a mess. New issues every week due to poor workmanship. We have yet to enjoy out brand new house without waking up to something new.

From the moment, we stopped into the sales office where Kristi Underwood and Cindy Coffman greeted us to closing, it has been nothing short of remarkable. It then continued with Valerie cash selecting our upgrades. She was beyond professional and patient as we went through the entire process. It gets better as we meet Molly Maykut, whom I called the feisty, redheaded (respectfully, because she is always focused on solutions). Molly ran the entire operation of the building process as her own business. As a business owner myself all these amazing ladies that we had around us (before during, and after the process ) are the kind of individuals that we’d love to have in our organization. I truly commend everyone mentioned, and David Weekly Homes for this incredible experience given to me and Indrid. We are beyond impressed with DWH company culture. we were treated like family. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fell Below My Expectations The home building experience was a bit frustrating as our close continued to get pushed. I know that wasn't something our builder had control over but it was still frustrating. As far as my feedback, I thought the builders were excellent and even today are striving to resolve issues. My sales person was above average as at times she was excellent to work with and other times seemed cold and sometimes I had to solicit for the weekly feedback. As we got closer to close the initial walk though a couple days prior to close was disappointing as there were many items in the house that need fixed, repainted or reworked. The day before the close I had a second walkthrough and it was even more disappointing as the same items and some additional items needed repainting, reworked and or fixed. The cleanup prior to the walk through felt rushed. I noted to the builder upon the walkthrough "What would Mr. David Weekly's" reaction be to all these issues the day before close. We have since closed and these items were corrected the following days after close but the experience of building a new home (this is our first new home) at this price level should have been a better experience. After all we do have the "David Weekly" badge on our house and the high expectations we had should of been met in our walk throughs. I do give the builders a score of 10 subsequent to close in correcting and following up on issues but wanted to provide my feedback of the process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great experience This was the first time we had a home built by DWH, but our third home built in Florida. the entire process was very smooth and informative, the communication from your entire team ( Dylan, Alycia and John) was very timely and helpful, the team kept us informed about the entire process from day one, when we had any questions and or any concerns, they were timely to provide the feedback.started Our experience from the time we talking to Alycia from the time we closed was the best we had so far with any builders, we are definitely a DWH customer for ever, if we were to move another area, we will be looking for a DWH again. I can not express enough the incredible job your entire team did to make us feel exited about our purchase and the selection of DWH to built our home.

As we got closer to close the initial walk though a couple days prior to close was disappointing as there were many items in the house that need fixed, repainted or reworked. The day before the close I had a second walkthrough and it was even more disappointing as the same items and some additional items needed repainting, reworked and or fixed. The cleanup prior to the walk through felt rushed. I noted to the builder upon the walkthrough "What would Mr. David Weekly's" reaction be to all these issues the day before close. We have since closed and these items were corrected the following days after close but the experience of building a new home (this is our first new home) at this price level should have been a better experience. After all we do have the "David Weekly" badge on our house and the high expectations we had should of been met in our walk throughs. I do give the builders a score of 10 subsequent to close in correcting and following up on issues but wanted to provide my feedback of the process.

The process went pretty smoothly and we were impressed. We felt very comfortable talking to each and every team member.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great experience This was the first time we had a home built by DWH, but our third home built in Florida. the entire process was very smooth and informative, the communication from your entire team ( Dylan, Alycia and John) was very timely and helpful, the team kept us informed about the entire process from day one, when we had any questions and or any concerns, they were timely to provide the feedback.started Our experience from the time we talking to Alycia from the time we closed was the best we had so far with any builders, we are definitely a DWH customer for ever, if we were to move another area, we will be looking for a DWH again. I can not express enough the incredible job your entire team did to make us feel exited about our purchase and the selection of DWH to built our home.
