From our first meeting, everyone that we have worked with has been kind, helpful, and responsive. We want to highlight Austin Spiegel, as he has been absolutely fantastic to work with! He has been incredibly responsive, helpful, positive, and professional every step of the way. Any question or concern has been answered quickly and with detail. We have also heard great feedback from the neighbors about how helpful and considerate he is. He feels like a part of the neighborhood and it will be sad to see him move on when all of the houses are finished. Our house looks absolutely gorgeous and we are so thankful for all of the hard work that went into it. We will recommend David Weekley to anyone in the future without hesitation.

We had been to other places but the quality was second to none. This is no cookie cutter home. The experience has been amazing the whole way through. All the appliances and ac system is high quality. I would highly recommend David Weekly and his team.

He and Jamie called every week to keep me updated. Greg has been great each time I have had a problem it has been taken care of immediately David Weekly has a great team at Vireo Point. My past experience at building a home was a nightmare, this was a dream come true. My only regret is there isn't linen closet and more kitchen cabinets. You might rethink the linen closet in future homes Phyllis Roman

Most problems that we incurred had to do with cosmetic issues created by poor subcontractors, a complete lack of respect for what they were doing, and an inexperienced builder. In the end a more experienced builder was assigned to us and he rectified most of the problems that we had.

I was displaced from one of my rooms after plumbing and masonry errors during construction caused flooding and hazardous waste in one of the bedrooms and in my garage – 2 days after moving in. My garage had to be torn up to identify and fix the issue, which I was told was concrete rocks that had been stuffed into the pipes by someone. I was displaced from using my garage and required to keep the garage door partially open at a time when the gate to the private roadways was not working. This was a major oversight by David Weekley and its contractors. I was told up front by a David Weekley team member that something would be done for me for the inconvenience and it never was. There were numerous people in and out of my home doing repairs and restorations while my family and I were trying to settle from the move and I’m working full time. The repairs took an entire month, to which the Project Manager attempted to quiet my concerns by downplaying the reality of the long timeframe and comparing the damage to “basically a toilet overflowing.” This was one of many problems with a home having broken items, flaws, stains, numerous cosmetic damages from workmanship that were overlooked by the Builder.

Even visiting the model and speaking with Aleeta was a joy. Spending countless hours with Jacqui Joos who has the patience of a saint, ensured we got everything right. They never disappointed. PS. We enjoyed every minute of the process and looked forward to our weekly calls.
