The perfect lot in the best location on which we built the sweetest cottage I’d ever dreamed of! The designer guided me in picking all the finishes including several upgrades to make my dreams come true! The on site construction manager brought it all to fruition delivering my perfectly appointed home in record time! Thank you David weekly Homes!

Angie guided us through the paperwork almost effortlessly, advised us of all purchase details and kept us on track for an easy closing. Seth did a fantastic job of construction , was so detailed that any flaws were identified and corrected before we could report them. His schedule control is amazing and resulted in us being in before we had first thought. We really couldn’t be happier with our home purchase and we’ve made two great friends in the process.

Marcia Todd, our sales agent, and Samantha Adams, our builder, were always available to address our questions and quickly resolve our concerns. We were over 500 miles away and are impressed with the innovation used to build us a quality home through calls and virtual meetings for exceptional communications as well as excellent builder products and stellar craftsmanship. Sam patiently worked with us until everything was perfect. Brittney Biondi at the Design Center co-hosted a Design Preview session that gave us an opportunity to see our many options in advance of our scheduled selection meetings. The Design Preview made our design selection process easy and enjoyable, and it also enabled us to fit our preferred selections within our budget through advance planning. We are enjoying our beautiful home immensely and deeply appreciate the efforts from each member of the DWH team, especially Sam who is an amazing builder. We have been able to quickly get any necessary repairs completed in a timely manner and feel we can reach out to our team at any time for prompt resolution of any issues as we continue to settle into our new home.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from After closing no more help We were told before closing if we have any issues Bryan the warranty person can take care of the issues. This is a joke our meeting was just waste of our time he wrote all the issues but nothing was done. We have moved for over 1 month we are having issues we mentioned to Bryan, Kirk, David no one responed to us. The master shower mirro is loss & unsafe to clean it I am scard to clean the mirror it may fall and break it. We paid alot of money for super shower ,we received no door shower with very thin & loss glass and the entire shower glass has scratches it needs to be replaced I sent the video for proof and ask them if they are busy sent me the contractor phone numbers I will call them they even did not bother text a phone number to me.Their landscaper did not do a good job the enitre grass was weed we mentioned to builder and Bryan nothing was done we had to pay someone to come treat the grass. He planted trees under the window that they will grow so big and block the windowes we have to remove them. The stone contractor did not washed the flag stones on the front porch we asked to be done or give me his number I follow with him nothing was done. The carpet we paid extra for pading but it feels very thin it seems they used the cheapest pad for the carpet. Overall buyers pay the price for a custom made house, including extra pay upgrading for most of stuff but still you receive the quality of town house.
