    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Honest and quality builder! We were very please overall with David Weekley and especially with our salesperson Angela Milazzo. Everyone was professional, honest, and generally went above and beyond through out the process. Whenever there was a concern or request raised, they always did right by our family and worked hard to satisfy our needs. We were regularly surprised, in a good way, throughout the process of the build. We would recommend David Weekley to anyone who wants to build their dream home.

Leigh, our sales consultant, went above and beyond to make our purchase experience flawless. She was constantly thinking ahead and made the entire process great and had a few surprises for us. Jim, the builder, continues to take care of us and also has gone above and beyond. For example, we had casually mentioned to have a customization done to our house (wooden grates) before we moved in, which Jim and Leigh stated they would look into. When we came back to our house for the walk through, they surprised us by doing what we requested. It was a genuine gesture and they were happy with how excited we were by it. Thus far, we are very happy with our purchase and can't wait to make this house our forever home.

She was not pushy at all and ensured that we had a great experience knowing that our last home buying experience was a nightmare. Leigh is a valuable asset to your company. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of our home. We just had some one-year warranty work completed and had the most pleasant experience. Jim Flahgerty (construction manager) went above and beyond to ensure that we had our warranty work completed in two days. He ensured that all work performed was to our satisfaction. At one time, I saw seven different contractors completing work! Great project management skills displayed by Jim. In summary, I highly recommend David Weekley homes. I would go through this experience all over again.

We loved our builders (David Sawyer & Jim Flaherty) and sales consultant (Leigh Nevers). We bought a house that was a spec home (aka 98% complete) in the West Chicago Suburbs. We wanted new construction and met with 9 builders and looked at over 300 homes- for price and quality, our DW Home was the clear winner! We were also able to make a few minor changes that personalized the home to our tastes. Our DW contacts are available to help us anytime and with a smile! We would DEFINITELY recommend David Weekley Homes!
