Stopping by the show home we were welcomed by the David Weekly representative who explained how the homes are built with high quality materials and standards. She offer to let us tour several finished houses so we agreed. Walking into the second home my fiance was in awe. Said she love it and it felt so homey. She would make it a home so I agreed to make a deposit and begin the purchase process. We were excited and when our realtor also thought it was indeed an excellent home to purchase. I was quite surprised with the buyer's inspection noting that the employee's wanted everything perfect for us. Before closing we did a final walk thru after which the purchase was completed. After taking possession we had a few questions and they we answered without delay. Looking forward to having a great home in a great growing city - Fishers IN. Maximum appreciation.

We were thrilled David Weekly allows for customization via the design center. The ability to pick out our finishes, the floor plan, and location sealed the deal. Our builder, Matt, was fantastic as well. He was very clear on the process, proactively communicated, and went above and beyond to help get the house the way we exactly wanted it. We've now been in the house a month, and it's better than we could had anticipated!

Our sales agent, Heather, was very helpful through the entire process and always communicated with us. We never had to ask what stage our build was it because she always knew the stage we were at. Our building superintendent, Hugo, was phenomenal! He was so helpful in explaining things through our building process and always had the information we needed. I would strongly recommend David Weekley as a homebuilder.

We sold our home and rented until we decided on the location we wanted to live and then focused on the builders. We looked at several areas in Fishers and once we located Grantham, we were sold. We visited the site and from the minute we arrived through our closing date we were kept up to date. Weekly meetings were scheduled and anytime we had a question, we could reach out to Chandra or Eric. The access to the home during the construction was very much appreciated. If there were issues or any delays, they were quick to give us a heads-up. We actually closed two weeks earlier than planned. We visited other David Weekley sites in the area that were established and also reached out to friends we know who purchased David Weekley homes within the last 2-4 years and all spoke highly of the customer service and quality of the home. When you are doing a new build, issues are going to arise, it's how they are handled that makes the difference. The service does not stop at closing, you work closely with a designated person and they are there to help with any questions after you move into your new home. I encourage you to spend the time visiting a David Weekley community, you will not be disappointed.

They kept me in the loop all the time and even accommodated the 3-hour time difference. I didn't have to worry about one thing and any request I had was addressed immediately. Trust me - moving across the country is stressful enough but my team took all the stress of buying a home off my shoulders. I am eternally grateful to have them in my corner.

While Kaylee was out on maternity leave, Heather stepped in and very compentently completed the process. Hugo was our builder. He is a great guy and most accommodating to our various requests and questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we had what we wanted. Bailey in the design center was most helpful. She knew all of the possible selections very well and shepherded us confidently through a seemingly overwhelming process. She was always open to inquires and quickly found answers to our questions.

Heather Vogt was great at guiding us to the particular model that would best serve our needs. She was available and helpful throughout the whole planning, building and getting ready for closing stages. Hugo Ramirez Anaya has been a wonderful construction manager. He listened to our concerns and questions and resolved any issues that arose. He is honest, reassuring and highly skilled - both in interpersonal relationships with clients and in the world of construction. Early on, we received terrific guidance from Bailey, in the design center. We explained the look and feel we wanted in the house and she advised us on the choices of finishes and styling options that would get us there. We have a beautiful, comfortable and well-built home that we expect to enjoy for many years to come. It has been a pleasure to work with this David Weekley team.

The entire process from start to finish was PAINLESS and UNEVENTFUL..and in this case uneventful is IDEAL. Cheryl, Eric and Kyle were beyond spectacular. They ALWAYS kept us informed and our questions were addressed immediately. We have the utmost respect for Cheryl, Eric and Kyle and their respective team. Also, I was totally surprised that our home was completed on time. I will highly recommend David Weekly to family, friends, and acquaintances. The icing on the cake was the threat of breach when I suggested delaying the close one week as I had some money coming in that would have greatly decreased the mortgage. They didn't care--it was all about getting the close before the end of their quarter so the sales numbers would look good. Too bad it poisoned the customer relationship.
