A home build is a complex process with interacting elements and difficulties arise as a natural course of events. Those difficulties were handled smoothly and professionally. I'd do it again, in a heartbeat, and I strongly recommend this corporation to all others. They know what they are doing. The plans are well thought out and useful in every detail.

Heather (sales rep), Derrick (builder) and Jason (warranty) are easy to work with and prompt in responding. We did not feel pressure or stress as everyone were patient, flexible and kept us well informed through the process. The house has been professionally cleaned multiple times before closing so by the time the keys are handed over, the home is thoroughly cleaned we were able to just move in and unpack. Having moved in for a month now, the design is so functional and fits our lifestyle. Feels like vacation everyday! We are happy homeowners, thank you David Weekley.

The held a conference call with me weekly to provide an update on construction progress and address any questions or concerns. The home was ready on schedule and was sparkling clean! Great team to work with.

The David Weekely staff I worked with from the initial visit to a model, throughout the building process and so far as I continue to get settled in my new home has been very helpful, prompt with responses and just overall an amazing group of people to have the privilege of working with. When Jessica and I started looking for our new home, we were skeptical about purchasing new construction. Prior to visiting our David Weekley neighborhood, we had been through so many newly constructed neighborhoods, they all looked the same and the homes appeared to have been quickly "thrown up" w a lack of quality craftsmanship. Upon entering what is now our new home, it was clear to us that not only is the home unique but the craftsmanship and attention to detail is "high end". The overall home buying experience w sales and builder was seamless, impeccable and stress free. David Weekley truly understands who the customer truly is! Thank you!!

But, the experience with David Weekley Homes was above and beyond any of our prior experiences. With input from our sales consultant, to our design consultants, Melissa and Emily, and our builder, Heath, the process was made to be completely painless and very exciting. All contributed excellent ideas as to how to build and finish the house. The final product was delivered on time--actually a few days early--and the house is beautiful! I would highly recommend David Weekley Homes to anyone considering a new home!

Initially,we were not sure whether to go with David Weekley since it is relatively new in our area, but the whole experience turned out to be awesome! I can definitely tell how much David Weekley cares about their brand, and they are meticulously careful with the details of the house. Our builder, Matt, as a very experienced framer himself, always seeks our best interest, and thinks from our perspective. When we had any question, he was very patient to listen and gave us great advices, which saved us lots of work and trouble. When we had any issue, he always followed through, and made sure we got what we wanted. Our sales agent, Kris, was very kind and patient. She was quick to respond any of our questions, and always provided great solutions. In a nutshell, the whole experience with David Weekly is not only worry free, but truly enjoyable!

From the time we first walked in to our consultation, to the moment we had our keys handed to us and our front door opened- we were treated like family. This made the stressful and time consuming process of building a home much easier for us, because we knew we could go and visit the site at any time, ask questions, and stay connected. They worked hard to make sure we could close on time, which was a major blessing!

The first time walking in the door after closing, David Weekley Homes had a big red bow on the door along with an outdoor plant, doormat with our name, a nice plaque and even a collar for our cat. I have never felt more welcomed! Once I moved in, Jason, the builder, has been wonderful working with questions I have had and continuously provides updates to the overall community. This type of communication is very much appreciated. Due to the uniqueness of these homes, I have seen many interest in them and would recommend this company for their future house.

The entire staff at Donegal South, including the builder, have been nothing but helpful and pleasant -- even after we moved in. We've only been living in the house for a few weeks, but at this point in time I'd recommend DW to anyone looking to buy a new home.

We purchased the model home on the development - David Weekley wasn't on our radar, but our realtor mentioned to take a look after he had had a couple of good experiences with them. He brought us to the model and we were sold. The sales staff was excellent as was the construction manager. From the offer to the closing - the customer service and flexibility was excellent. We had to sell our current home and the market wasn't great. David Weekley didn't pressure us and was very patient and understanding. There was also an issue at the model where the toilet broke and water leaked for 5 days causing significant damage. David Weekley went above and beyond the call of duty to repair the damage and eased our concerns greatly. Oh, and we love the house and build quality. This home just feels right to us! We were moving from a house we built with a different builder at a similar price point - and we definitely can see the difference in quality. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend David Weekley Homes. The customer service and process has been second to none. Thank you!

There was no model to look at. The plan had all of our needs and wants, so we moved forward. We made a few minor changes as we went along to fit our lifestyle, and we couldn’t be more happy. Bridget and Melissa the designer were very helpful and accommodating. Derrick, our builder did an outstanding job and the quality is top notch. I would highly recommend working with David Weekley on your dream house. You will definitely get it!

I worked with the other builder for over 2 months and when I arrived to write a check they told me I could no longer build the home I wanted on the lot we had been discussing unless I paid $30K more. I then walked away frustrated and on my way out I see DW signs getting put up. I quickly noticed that EVERYTHING was better quality in the model... to the point that I almost left thinking it was too expensive. Just comparing the Pella windows vs. Milgaurd and the quality of finishing was a quick indicator. I then sat down with the much more honest sales person and the price was right. I ended up with a much nicer house with a garage I can actually get a boat in, a legit kitchen, huge 3/4 acre lot, high end finishing, three thermo zones, most options, and a wetland view for the same price. Most standard options were extra with other builders. David Weekly simply does things right and you will get much more for your money!!

I ended up with a much nicer house with a garage I can actually get a boat in, a legit kitchen, huge 3/4 acre lot, high end finishing, three thermo zones, most options, and a wetland view for the same price. Most standard options were extra with other builders. David Weekly simply does things right and you will get much more for your money!!
