They both were very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions and comments and requests, going what my wife and I believe as well beyond your standard Customer Service, which was greatly appreciated but not surprising coming from these consummate professionals. I would build 3 more houses with David Weekley if I could work with these professionals again and would most definitely recommend David Weekley, Eric and Travis to anyone interested in a new home. Everyone from our sales consultant to our design center expert to our personal builder went above and beyond to make us always feel prioritized, heard, and comfortable with our choices. We cannot speak highly enough of the quality of our home and how pleased we are with the finished product. DWH stands alone because they don't just build you a house - they build you a home, and they do everything they can to make it as special as possible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience From start to finish, Lori and Nick were great. Once the build started, they called every week with an update as they said they would. The house was completed on time with the only substitution being flooring when ours was unavailable. The sent us substitute choices and we are very happy with our floors. The walkthrough with Nick and Lori was extremely thorough and covered everything you could possibly want to know. Once we closed I stayed for a week and met with Randall, the " warranty guy", as I call him. He also was very thorough. As it turned out, that week I found water running into the garage. ( ended up being related to the washer/dryer install by the company we purchased from) I called Randall on the weekend ( he wasn't even on call!) and he sent a plumber the same day. Ultimately the problem wasn't diagnosed until Monday and even though it wasn't even the builder's fault, they fixed everything. We love our home and would not build with anyone other than David Weekley in the future! Mary Ellen and Rob

My Salesman, Eric and my Builder, Jon, have been supportive and kept me reassured that the value and building process will be worth the slowdowns and wait. Since the completion of my home, if there has been an issue that has needed to be addressed, my builder, Jon has been proactive in taking care of the issue. I sincerely appreciate that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best people ever I do not give out compliments easily. from the people in the office to my builder rep and the people I came across working on my home. let me just say they are awsome. always friendly always caring and right on it. no matter what I brought to them they cared reacted and took care of it. they spoke to me like they new me personally. they where building so many homes and I'm sure had many things going on and never loss their focus w taking care of me. I had a time sensative issue w moving in and they came in a week before I needed. I also loved the finance company they where working w. the gentleman who handles my warrenty issues is amazing also. I know this seems crazy that someone could praise everyone in ur company that I delt w for the process but its true. I'm very critical of people more so w customer service I work in medical and I know how tuff it is but I also have very high standards for this. I would highly recommend david weekley homes and all those that worked w me.
