Our primary contacts were with Deanna - Lead Sales Consultant , Ryan - Building Supervisor and Gabi - Sales Consultant. From the initial contact to building completion and closing we were impressed with the friendly, competent service provided by all parties. Communication was direct and timely. Deanna and Ryan impressed us with their knowledge and willingness and ability to address any issues noted during the process. That made for an overall pleasant experience! Special thanks to Deanna and Ryan for that. We look forward to living in our DW home for many years to come. We will definitely recommend DWH to others.

Upon meeting Tiffany Fishbeck we knew the home build experience would be different. The level of communication and attention to detail was far more genuine and personal. She knew all there was to know about the Wolf Ranch community, the build process, and more importantly how to make us feel like a priority. Building a home is one of the largest and most important purchases you will ever make. After each weekly update with Tiffany, we left feeling more and more certain David Weekley was the best choice we could have made. During the process, we were also introduced to Chance Collins, our lead builder. There are not enough good things we can say about our experience working with him. He took care of our home as if it were his own. The quality of his craftsmanship, the cleanliness of the job site and his overall demeanor far exceeded any of our expectations. We were confident in every step of the process and more importantly knew our home was solid and could withstand any storm. With a quality product and employees like Tiffany and Chance there is no other builder we would recommend more. We are happy and proud owners of a David Weekley home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our new family home When we decided to make this our new home, we looked at a lot of communities in the northern suburbs of Austin. When we made our way to Wolf Ranch, David Weekley was the first builder we met with. I felt like we instantly connected with our consultant because of her positive, friendly nature. She was thorough, honest and genuine. She took us around to see many floor plan options that met our needs and when we were with her, I felt like we’re her only priority. Those qualities carried through our entire process. The design center process was also fantastic. We never felt rushed and their opinions were so helpful when we needed a tiebreaker :) they went through every choice line by line until we crafted the perfect home. They were so positive and friendly and really took her time with us. They even scheduled a 3rd design appointment to make sure we had time to go through every detail. When it came time for the build to start, we were introduced to our builder. The first thing he recommended was a lot cut and retaining wall because little did we realize that we were on a slight slope. We were hesitant, but wow. Our lot is absolutely stunning the way it came out. We love it. From there, we were so impressed with the speed of how things were progressing. We’d come by on the weekends to check it out and we spoke weekly to discuss progress. Our builder also helped us customize our amazing super shower with a center placement of a handheld second shower head when our initial design didn’t work out. The shower looks amazing. He helped us measure on site exactly where we wanted a few special electrical things placed, wall sconces, a floor outlet and more. He made sure paint and drywall was perfect and there are so many other things that I could mention. We’ve been beyond impressed with our builder and team, their expertise and project management throughout the entire process. They have truly gone above and beyond for us throughout every step. They were so thorough, attentive, communicative, trustworthy, positive and kind….I can’t say enough amazing things about our team and David Weekley. We’ve had the DW dream team and we couldn’t be any happier with this group. We love our new house!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Manfred and Edith’s new David Weekly Home We closed on our newly build David Weekly Home in March 2024 and moved in in April after we sold our home in Pennsylvania. Yes, we decided a year ago to build a new home with a DWH master plan “ The Halden” in the beautiful Provence community in Austin Tx to be close to our daughter and her family. The main concern for us was the fact that we still lived in Pennsylvania and could only travel a few times to Austin to follow up with the home built. The entire building experience with the DWH team was positive. From the start the sales consultant April Garson was empathetic, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining and selecting the structural options of the chosen master plan. The more challenging process was the selection of all the design options from floors, doors, cabinetry, tiles and more. Since we were out of state, our designer Kiana Smith, organized a pre-meeting with Zoom to go through our design ideas, the list of materials and pricing. This helped enormously when we traveled to the design center to make our final selections within 2 days. It was impressive how Kiana lead through the design selection process and collaborated with her manager in order to provide the best solution for the customer. Three weeks after the design was finalized, the pre-construction meeting took place . Here we met the builder Chris Stanford and the sales & project representative Rebekah Gatlin. The entire home project milestones, specifications and timeline were reviewed thoroughly. The breaking of the ground started in August last year and the home was finished in February this year as projected by Chris. During the build process we had weekly phone and Zoom meetings on the progress of our home. The communication with Chris and Rebekah was exceptional. Any corrections to the specifications, unforeseen deviations or a design change has been managed by them to our full satisfaction. On February 28, we had our home introduction meeting and closed on our home two weeks later. The issues found during the home introduction meeting were immediately resolved or handled through the warranty process. The management of the warranty or deficiencies found when we lived in our home has been promptly addressed by the warranty manager Allan Galloway. Allan met us for a warranty orientation meeting 3 weeks after we moved in. He took his time in explaining the process and he listened to our findings and concerns. It was very impressive how fast Allan addresses the deficiencies with the various contractors. After 3 weeks, most of our list of deficiencies have been corrected, repaired or replaced. We are very pleased and very happy to have build our new home with David Weekly Homes. David Weekly Homes have the vision, the people, materials and the processes to build a good quality home. We recommend David Weekly Homes to anyone who wants to build a new home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from From start to finish! We had not entirely planned to build at Hilltop, but when we met the David Weekley Sales Consultant (Tiffany), we had such a good and positive feeling. She showed us several lots, and we found one we really loved. Someone was already interested in it, however, so we weren't certain we would be able to get that lot. Tiffany kept us apprised of the situation regularly, and as things turned out, we were able to get the beautiful lot we wanted! From then on, we could've had no finer champion than Tiffany. There were moments when things could have gone in a different direction were it not for her. Her experience, professionalism, positivity, and skill were constantly in play. We felt like we were the only customers in the world, and we are so very grateful to have had her as a partner throughout the building experience! The build process was relatively smooth, with only a few hiccups that were ironed out easily because of the excellent and open communication process. We received weekly updates from Tiffany and Kevin (our builder). Updates were via phone, so this gave us regular opportunities to ask questions, get clarity, etc. There were so many times we truly felt that the David Weekley team here at Hilltop was on our side and truly wanted us to live here. It was a breath of fresh air in a time when we so often feel like "just another customer." We are very happy in the new home (it is gorgeous!) and the community.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! Salesperson Ashley Whittenberg was great!! So helpful and detailed, spent tons of her weekend time with us since we work during the week. PM Justin Patterson was so patient and followed through on every item no matter how big or small. Designer Dawn Allee was also amazing. Everyone warned us at every step about things that "could" happen and when they sometimes did, they quickly moved to provide fixes that were even better than original (i.e. tile reselects, etc.) Many of our neighbors started homes way before us and we were done way before them! DWH have great reliable crews (which many small builders just cant say these days.)

In our opinion, David Weekley has no competition. Their personnel and product far exceed any of our expectations. Absolutely fantastic and enjoyable experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good company, really liked my builder Overall experience was good, our builder is definately 5 star and has been very responsive to our needs and has really made this a good experience. The only reason I can not give David Weekly 5 starts is because I feel like the subcontractors were a bit below par. I feel some of their work that was caught along the way was very sloppy but questioned several times why would they even do it like this in the first place. Our builder caught several mistakes as did we as homeowners but some things were so obvious that I am unsure why someone who is building a home would leave such an obvious mistake. It is as though they did not care because it was not there home or just did not pay attention to detail. But I want to be clear this was not from our builder this was purely from the subcontractors. We have several waranty items that they have been quick to respond to getting fixed correct and big picture we have a beautiful home that we love and just tweaking smaller things now. We did not like telstar the company david weekly uses for wiring and to this day have had many issues getting in contact with them, they do not seem as knowledgeable in wiring and we could have avoided some mistakes if they would have been more clear and helpful, we have since had to have outside people come in, which was not expected and we have complained several times about that company along the way but was told that is who they contract with.

We were greeted by Rebekah in the model home in Headwaters. She was so helpful and really helped us find the perfect home for us. We also met with the builder EC, he was so informative and friendly throughout the entire process and even after the purchase. I never felt pressured, I have tons of questions, all were answered to my satisfaction. During the last touches of the building process (I bought the house towards the end of the process), I've interacted with Robert (the Project Manager) and Rebekah. Both were outstanding. After closing I had a question and a small request of Robert and he has addressed my request immediately.

My parents have also done it multiple times and are construction-savvy, and my brother build his home literally alongside mine with a different builder. My home is 2140sqft, probably small potatoes for their Build on Your Lot team, but I still felt like I got white glove service at every step, as well as high-quality build/ materials / craftsmanship. There are always problems / hiccoughs, esp when building custom; my Weekley team navigated these with a grace and expertise that led me to trust them implicitly. I didn't really understand when people would tell me "you'll be glad to be able to day it's a Weekley home"; now I know.

The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is due to the amount of necessary supervision and clean-up performed by me and my wife. Of course, my standards may be higher than most but having said this, given the final deliverable of our home, we would without a doubt do it all over again! Thanks Mike and Josh for bearing with us!

It was very impressive how fast Allan addresses the deficiencies with the various contractors. After 3 weeks, most of our list of deficiencies have been corrected, repaired or replaced. We are very pleased and very happy to have build our new home with David Weekly Homes. David Weekly Homes have the vision, the people, materials and the processes to build a good quality home. We recommend David Weekly Homes to anyone who wants to build a new home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from From start to finish! We had not entirely planned to build at Hilltop, but when we met the David Weekley Sales Consultant (Tiffany), we had such a good and positive feeling. She showed us several lots, and we found one we really loved. Someone was already interested in it, however, so we weren't certain we would be able to get that lot. Tiffany kept us apprised of the situation regularly, and as things turned out, we were able to get the beautiful lot we wanted! From then on, we could've had no finer champion than Tiffany. There were moments when things could have gone in a different direction were it not for her. Her experience, professionalism, positivity, and skill were constantly in play. We felt like we were the only customers in the world, and we are so very grateful to have had her as a partner throughout the building experience! The build process was relatively smooth, with only a few hiccups that were ironed out easily because of the excellent and open communication process. We received weekly updates from Tiffany and Kevin (our builder). Updates were via phone, so this gave us regular opportunities to ask questions, get clarity, etc. There were so many times we truly felt that the David Weekley team here at Hilltop was on our side and truly wanted us to live here. It was a breath of fresh air in a time when we so often feel like "just another customer." We are very happy in the new home (it is gorgeous!) and the community.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! Salesperson Ashley Whittenberg was great!! So helpful and detailed, spent tons of her weekend time with us since we work during the week. PM Justin Patterson was so patient and followed through on every item no matter how big or small. Designer Dawn Allee was also amazing. Everyone warned us at every step about things that "could" happen and when they sometimes did, they quickly moved to provide fixes that were even better than original (i.e. tile reselects, etc.) Many of our neighbors started homes way before us and we were done way before them! DWH have great reliable crews (which many small builders just cant say these days.)

In our opinion, David Weekley has no competition. Their personnel and product far exceed any of our expectations. Absolutely fantastic and enjoyable experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good company, really liked my builder Overall experience was good, our builder is definately 5 star and has been very responsive to our needs and has really made this a good experience. The only reason I can not give David Weekly 5 starts is because I feel like the subcontractors were a bit below par. I feel some of their work that was caught along the way was very sloppy but questioned several times why would they even do it like this in the first place. Our builder caught several mistakes as did we as homeowners but some things were so obvious that I am unsure why someone who is building a home would leave such an obvious mistake. It is as though they did not care because it was not there home or just did not pay attention to detail. But I want to be clear this was not from our builder this was purely from the subcontractors. We have several waranty items that they have been quick to respond to getting fixed correct and big picture we have a beautiful home that we love and just tweaking smaller things now. We did not like telstar the company david weekly uses for wiring and to this day have had many issues getting in contact with them, they do not seem as knowledgeable in wiring and we could have avoided some mistakes if they would have been more clear and helpful, we have since had to have outside people come in, which was not expected and we have complained several times about that company along the way but was told that is who they contract with.

We were greeted by Rebekah in the model home in Headwaters. She was so helpful and really helped us find the perfect home for us. We also met with the builder EC, he was so informative and friendly throughout the entire process and even after the purchase. The extended team in the Title and Mortgage companies made buying a home this time something we found exciting not burdensome. Thank you to the entire team at David Weekley Headwaters!

I never felt pressured, I have tons of questions, all were answered to my satisfaction. During the last touches of the building process (I bought the house towards the end of the process), I've interacted with Robert (the Project Manager) and Rebekah. Both were outstanding. After closing I had a question and a small request of Robert and he has addressed my request immediately.

Our design specialist was so knowledgeable, and helped us pick colors that worked out beautifully in the house. Our builder was the same - went above and beyond to take care of everything, big and small.

My parents have also done it multiple times and are construction-savvy, and my brother build his home literally alongside mine with a different builder. My home is 2140sqft, probably small potatoes for their Build on Your Lot team, but I still felt like I got white glove service at every step, as well as high-quality build/ materials / craftsmanship. There are always problems / hiccoughs, esp when building custom; my Weekley team navigated these with a grace and expertise that led me to trust them implicitly. I didn't really understand when people would tell me "you'll be glad to be able to day it's a Weekley home"; now I know.

The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is due to the amount of necessary supervision and clean-up performed by me and my wife. Of course, my standards may be higher than most but having said this, given the final deliverable of our home, we would without a doubt do it all over again! Thanks Mike and Josh for bearing with us!
