They set us up for realistic expectations and delivered above and beyond what was expected. We were lucky enough to visit the build site often, and enjoyed seeing the progress each step of the way. We moved in about a month and a half ago, and it still feels like a dream.

This began in June of 2022 and never waivered even now after I closed. The integrity and pride of their homes is well earned because the home build and attention to detail is impeccable. My sales rep Triva Martinez was very sincere and made me feel as if I were her only client every step of the way. Josh Moss my builder left no stone un-turn. His attention to detail was flawless. The communication was a minimum of weekly and was clear and concise. Though I have closed each of them check in to see how I am enjoying my new home. Dawn in the design center is very knowledgeable and respects your budget. Her patience is unwavering and she goes out of her way to make sure you understand everything. This is my 3rd home that I have built and never have I had a team that was so attentive. It is evident that Triva, Josh and Dawn, values exceptional customer service, integrity and truly cares for their client. David Weekley prides themselves on the quality of their homes and it shows! I have told many of my great experience. Thank you team for making my dream come to fruition!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Build on your Lot Experience We lived in an older neighborhood that was in transition and right before the pandemic we made the decision to leverage our equity by building a brand new home on our lot. We had friends who had recently had a David Weekley (DW) home built on their lot, and we were impressed with their experience. For us, it sounded perfect, and as it played it, it just about -was- perfect. Having model homes we could walk thru virtually and in 'real life' was a great help in picking out the perfect one for us. The limited amount of choices was just what we needed - my wife and I have a heard enough time deciding what to eat for dinner, so walking into a flooring store with 1000 different choices and being able to agree on a decision was NEVER going to happen. Still we felt we had a great selection of choices and were really able to make the new house all our own. We also loved that we were guided through the choices that DW offered, and that our design consultant offered us some great suggestions and now that the house is finished we took her advice. Although building during the pandemic was a little scary, both our builder and our sales consultant kept us well-informed throughout it all and responded quickly to any questions we had. We never had to 'track them down' for answers. And in spite of all the uncertainties of building during the pandemic, they kept things on track throughout the process. Our new home is amazing and we love it all the more because we were involved through the whole process. My wife especially loves open-air kitchen, the giant pantry and owners' walk-in closet. I really love the spacious den (with fireplace!) and the job the landscapers did on the yard. We both love the owners' bath especially the super-shower. My wife says to be sure to say that she would love to meet David Weekley in person to give him a hug and tell him how much we love the house and how much we loved working with our Sales consultant (Shana) and our Builder (Matt).

We got the lot and plan we wanted but had no choice on finishes. Our salesman and builder were terrific and did what ever was in their power to make us happy. Since we either built or renovated our last three homes, we were both relieved and disappointed about not making all the detailed decisions. The build quality is comparable to our custom homes. As we continue to unpack and settle in, we know we are building a home of our own on a solid foundation.

One that was cost effective and took advantage of the beautiful view and he stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Communication was exceptional. Walker Ligon, our construction manger was meticulous and did an outstanding job. Our design center experience with Lauren Hastings was the best. She was efficient, organized and very knowledgeable. We were also VERY impressed with the selection options. This was the best home building experience we have ever had!

Even on their off days, even when they're dealing with someone else, I hear back quickly. Even when I'm having a challenging day and may sound grumpy, they've been polite and followed up with regard to my issue. And as we've gone through our move-in together, I've come to feel personally close to each of them. I like seeing them even in passing, I like the banter. They know their stuff, but it's better than just that. John is our Senior Sales Consultant. EC is our Senior Builder. I like them both a lot.

The exhibited grade-A customer service (prompt, solutions-oriented, friendly) with a slant on human interaction vs. email/chat exchanges. Quality of the home is right in line with the David Weekley reputation - high. We can't imagine ever building with anyone but David Weekley and are so impressed with the experience.
