Even on their off days, even when they're dealing with someone else, I hear back quickly. Even when I'm having a challenging day and may sound grumpy, they've been polite and followed up with regard to my issue. And as we've gone through our move-in together, I've come to feel personally close to each of them. I like seeing them even in passing, I like the banter. They know their stuff, but it's better than just that. John is our Senior Sales Consultant. EC is our Senior Builder. I like them both a lot.

The exhibited grade-A customer service (prompt, solutions-oriented, friendly) with a slant on human interaction vs. email/chat exchanges. Quality of the home is right in line with the David Weekley reputation - high. We can't imagine ever building with anyone but David Weekley and are so impressed with the experience.

She provided extensive information about the house as well as the community of Bastrop. She went above and beyond when we struggled to move from our home 1700 miles away. Our builder was patient and thorough. The house was spotless when we moved in, and all punch list items had been attended to.

Three things that could improve the project: 1) Stop using composite base boards. 2) Improve back porch and step. 3) Create option to design landscape. We would definitely buy a DW home again. A special thanks to Mark, Brian, and Erin. Good staff makes all the difference.

There was zero concern over quality of work and had a wonderful experience designing the home while being remote. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from suggestions on our new house The new house experience is great overall, this is our 4th houses that we built and it is one of the best, good job by DW. This house is located in the area that managed by HOA, that has specific guidelines on fencing. Our DW house did not come with the fence and we have to understand the HOA guidelines, plus to work with both sides of neighbor to build the fence. 2 months after we moved in and still no fence. It is my understanding that both sides of my neighbor are DW home as well. It will be much easier for DW to build in the fence and charge it in option package for home owner because the entire block are DW homes. It might cost more for home owner but one can argue it is the cost of living in a nice neighborhood that built by DW.

We weren’t picking the designs as they were already set, but we were able to pick the lot/home we liked best that was within our timeframe. John and EC and our realtor, Sasha made this virtual ( pricey) purchase, very easy and fluid. Now we are going excited to make this our home for our kids. Thank you!

Kiana, our design consultant, really helped us understand what we wanted in the house. We've built with others before, and this was the best experience we have had, hands down. Very few companies show the care and concern that we experienced on a daily basis from our David Weekley team. We are very thankful we found a builder that cared about our experience and that cares about the product they produce.

The home was 90%+ complete when placing an offer, so our buying experience only deals with existing home, not a full buying experience. That being said, we had good communication and rapport with the sales associate, Paige, and the project manager, Eric. We had numerous questions, and the answers were thorough and timely. We also used their partner to obtain an mortgage, Priority Home Mortgage, and we had similar experiences with their group. The house is of high quality and has many “little improvements over a standard build” highlighting the build quality. We did have a few things addressed after the sale, and all were handled well. We are pleased to be an owner of a Weekley home.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Home Buying Experience in Texas The home I purchased was almost 80% complete. The sheet rock and finishes were not completed. So it was disappointing that even though the finishes were not done or purchased, I was not given a choice for any upgrades. However, the house location was/is beautiful and there is plenty of yard space for a pool and landscaping. Seeing the house finishes bit by bit to be completed was extremely exciting and joyful. Now that the house is completed and I have moved in, I throughly love the house. I do understand that due to COVID and supply issues this is a difficult time for construction, therefore, I should not be over critical of some of the mishaps existing in my home currently with the hope that David Weekley Homes will correct it all in a timely manner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from David Weekley ~ Headwaters Wow! Well from the very beginning to the very end, John Perrin and Dakota Cahill took EXTRAORDINARILY good care of us and our home. I sell about $40M per year in real estate her in Austin and I sell alot of new construction homes. These two gentlemen treated us at all times like we were their only clients, always were eager to help, and offered an exceptionally well kept construction site. Selling as many homes as I do, I am yet to see a builder offer such a clean construction site and deliver such a marvelously presented home during the initial walk thru and final. Quite honestly, I think Dakota Cahill must camp out here and polish the home continually. And they are all so welcoming and genuine and I want to tell you how very proud you should be of the representation you have at all times from these two gentleman. I represented my neighbor in the purchase of him home next door and Chris Toman also did a marvelous job. Even after moving in, they are all so lovely to greet us with smiles and check in. NOT what I am used to from a builder. I plan to sell MANY more of your homes! I would give them 20 stars if I could have. We are thrilled with the quality of our home. They really went the extra mile!

Due to our past experience, we were confident that this was the route to take. We like the quality of materials that they use, the six by two-inch outer framing was also very important to us. We were satisfied with the design process, the weekly follow up calls to keep us informed during the construction and the security and confidence in knowing that they would stand behind their product for any warranty issues that could arise. You know when the warranty manager meets with your personally after the construction is completed that they stand behind their product. We love our new home, Thanks to all the David Weekley team that made this possible.

From the beginning with the salesperson, through picking out things with the design team, and most of all working with our incredible builder, who was always available for questions! Can’t say enough good things about the David Weekly team. The best part for us as homeowners is the quality of everything that goes into the home. Things were pointed out to us, that we would have never known the difference of (as lay people), and it would have been easy to cut corners, but instead we witnessed very high standards and integrity throughout the entire building process! And yes, there were some delays here and there, as is typical post pandemic, but corners were never cut, and quality was always a top priority. We are extremely happy with our new home and can’t recommend David Weekly enough!!

The support drops off dramatically. The lobbying for a good score is also insane. No company that cares about feedback spends this much time lobbying for a 5 star review.

My wife and I feel so lucky to meet her and it's really a great experience! Also Josh and our warranty manager are super responsive. We feel very satisfied with the service and quality that the whole team provided.

And yes, there were some delays here and there, as is typical post pandemic, but corners were never cut, and quality was always a top priority. We are extremely happy with our new home and can’t recommend David Weekly enough!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good experience after signing. Don’t sign for your home with things leftover and definitely don’t complete the owner survey until everything is resolved. The support drops off dramatically. The lobbying for a good score is also insane. No company that cares about feedback spends this much time lobbying for a 5 star review.

My wife and I feel so lucky to meet her and it's really a great experience! Also Josh and our warranty manager are super responsive. We feel very satisfied with the service and quality that the whole team provided.
