Heading north from Frisco go over 380. Continue north  2 miles to Prosper Trail. Turn left on Prosper Trail. Continue straight past the stop sign and Lakes of Prosper will be directly on your right.

From 380 (From McKinney or Denton)
Heading west from McKinney turn right (north) on Dallas North Tollway service road. Heading east from Denton turn left (north) on Dallas North Tollway service road. Continue north to Prosper Trail. Turn right on Prosper Trail. Lakes of Prosper will be on your left.
