In Charlotte, homebuyers will receive special incentives on David Weekley homes built from the ground up between November 1 and December 31, 2018.
Homebuyers who build in Belton Street, Eden Hall, Fullwood Station or SouthRidge will receive $15,000 in flex dollars and homebuyers in Massey will receive $10,000 in flex dollars. Flex dollars can be used toward any combination of a home discount, decorator allowance, flex options and homesite premium.
