Sometimes, Clients are ready to begin building their new home while selling their existing home. If this is the case, make sure your Client provides a copy of the listing agreement to ensure the home is listed at a marketable price. We permit a limited number of contingency sales on to-be-built homes for each community.

At the final Design Center appointment, our Custom Choices™, or decorator selections and options, require a deposit. Homeowner Change Requests are different than selections and require 100 percent of the cost at the time chosen. Ask a Sales Consultant for more information.
