Please call (770) 777-6890. An application will be e-mailed to you for completion. You will send this application back to agrandison@accessmgt.com . The amount of $23.95 per month is the charge for service and it is payable to Village of Belmont HOA, c/o Access Management Group-1100 Northmeadow Parkway, Suite 114, Roswell, Georgia 30076. Please note, you must keep your garbage container inside the garage until pick up on Monday each week. Please have your container outside by 7:00 a.m. Monday each week.
