Positive Experience

We love our home. Feels like we have always lived here. We had a great experience with our Sales Consultant Sue Connor. Her expertise and knowledge gave us assurance throughout the process. She made us feel like family. Hector Saldana our building manager, was faithful in reporting the progress of our home. He was always quick and patient to respond to our questions and concerns.

Our new home

This was the third home that we built. The two previous homes were custom homes, and we enjoyed them very much, but this builder far surpassed them.

Long distance move with David Weekley Homes

We had an exceptional home building experience with David Weekley Homes! We were still living in Michigan during the building process, so it was wonderful to see pictures of our home via our portal. Erin Messier, Senior Sales Consultant, and Jordan Riggsbee, Personal Builder, provided weekly phone calls to provide us with updates and answer any questions. We met with Graig Lopez, Senior Warranty Manager, for a homebuyer introduction meeting prior to moving into our new house. We would recommend David Weekley Homes to our friends and family!

Absolutely an excellent experience from start to finish. My highest commendations to the entire David Weekley team: Katie, our sales consultant, was supremely helpful and went out of her way to keep us well informed throughout the entire process (10/10); Cindy, our design consultant, was incredibly accommodating and informative (10/10); Jordan, our builder, ensured that our home was the pinnacle of perfection despite an accelerated schedule and went beyond the call of duty to advise us (10/10); Richard, our warranty manager, was a font of wisdom regarding the care and maintenance of our new home (10/10). We could not have been more pleased with this team.

I had a great experience with David Weekley. They took the time to go over all the warranties and explained how to use them if needed. They also made it clear what was covered and who to contact if something wasn't. That was really nice and helpful. Overall, a great experience.
