We didn't build a home. We purchased one that was finished. We had the wonderful experience of working with Keith Bozeman. We had such a positive experience with the entire process. From shopping to purchase. Could not have gone any better.

Quality Product & Staff

We are in amazement with our home build with David Weekley Homes! We have built 5 houses in the past and all with different builders, none of them compare to David Weekley Homes! From the time we walked into the model home, to this day, a month or so after closing, everything & everyone was quality! They are an honorable company with a quality product. Each and every person we have had dealings with are kind, helpful, extremely knowledgeable in the actual job they are doing. There is no issue they can't handle & they really listen to what you want and bend over backward to make it happen. Not enough words to describe how wonderful the company is. Savannah, Carson, John, Patrick and everyone in between were work tirelessly & always with a smile. David Weekley must be proud to have them on his team!

Building generational wealth

It's a big deal helping your child purchase their first home and having a sells consultant like Ari helped the family in going through the process in a wonderful way. It was a fantastic experience knowing we were heard, and guided with the right information we needed every step of the way. Ari was knowledgeable, professional and experienced couldn't have asked for any other person to sell us our son's first home!

Nothing But High Praise

We spent almost a year debating moving to Encore. During that time I spoke with so many residents and all gave very positive reviews. It was still a difficult decision to leave the home we loved but our sales agent, Karen, helped us so much, really helped smooth the bumps and was always so reassuring and helpful in every way. When we finally met with our builder Jordan, it was the same experience. He promised to build us a great house and he did! They have continued to offer help as needed as we are adjusting to our new home. I can't recommend our team highly enough and what I've heard is the other teams are equally wonderful.

We sold our David Weekley home to buy a townhouse built by David Weekley, his construction will not disappoint. Our townhouse was already built but unsold so I cannot speak to the building process but our home is great! Love everything about it and the finished product is what we expected for the Weekley construction crew. I must say Kim, Jake and April are a fabulous team and every question, concern and change was handled with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.

Exceptional Experience with David Weekley Homes

My experience with David Weekley Homes was exceptional from start to finish, thanks to an incredible team. Jeff Little, the sales consultant, was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He clearly explained what sets David Weekley apart from other builders, including the energy efficiency and exceptional quality of construction, which is what ultimately led me to choose them. Even after the sale closed, Jeff stayed involved, making sure I had everything I needed and was fully prepared before moving in. He went well beyond just selling a home. (He bakes some delicious cookies too 😋) Bryan Rendón, the lead builder, is truly exceptional. He was very thorough during the walkthrough, explaining every detail of the house. Even after closing, he has continued to personally come out and take care of anything that needs attention in the house. As a new build, there are always small things that come up or details that could be improved, and Bryan takes the time to listen to exactly what I need. He comes in person, sees the issue for himself, and makes sure it's handled the way I want, either taking care of it himself or immediately bringing in the right people to fix it. His attention to detail and hands-on follow-through have made me feel completely taken care of as a new homeowner. (He even asked the gardener to plant some flowers in the front yard to make the home look even more beautiful🥹) Richard Tindall, the warranty manager, was incredibly thorough, walking us through everything from quarterly and annual maintenance to what the warranty covers, down to little details like how to clean windows, and irrigation systems work, and what to do in emergencies. He explained and even taught me how to do everything in detail and patiently, using helpful examples that made it easy to remember, and made sure I knew exactly how to reach the team through their portal, email, or phone if I ever needed anything. (He was patient every step of the way, almost like a father teaching his kid how to take care of their first home, making sure I truly understood everything instead of just handing me a manual 😊) Everyone I worked with at David Weekley Homes was knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond. I couldn't be more grateful for this team and highly recommend David Weekley Homes to anyone considering a new build.
