Great First Home-Building Experience

Our entire home-building experience with David Weekley was amazing. This was our first time building a home, and we feel incredibly lucky to have worked with Heather and Drake. The process from start to finish was smooth and very well-organized. Heather and Drake were there every step of the way, from design and construction to closing, always available to guide us and address any questions or concerns. We were even able to close ahead of schedule! It's been a few weeks since we moved in, and we couldn't be happier with our new home. We would absolutely recommend David Weekley to our friends and family.

This is my second David Weekley home, and the experience this time has been vastly different-in the best possible way-from my first purchase 17 years ago. The entire David Weekley team made this an exceptional journey. From Tara helping us in whole buying process at the beginning, to Kasey, our phenomenal builder, and Sterling, who guided us through the warranty process, everyone was outstanding. The team was immensely helpful and responsive, addressing not only our questions but also every concern promptly and thoroughly. We reached out to them on numerous occasions for a variety of reasons, and each time they handled our requests with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
