During the building process communication was smooth and plentiful. I was always kept up to date. The salesperson and builder were very accommodating. I really appreciated the smooth process. The result is a house I really like and am happy with.

David Weekley - The "A Team"

Our homebuilding experience was incredible from start to finish. We didn't experience any of the stress and strife we hear so much about. Our entire team was "on it" from the initial walk through of the model home and it's incredible structural and energy efficient construction to making sure everything was satisfactory before closing. COMMUNICATION IS KEY! The weekly calls helped keep us all on track. Our team was very responsive and often brought up concerns/issues before we were even aware of them. Moreover - they came to us with a solid plan when any concerns were presented. We had an entire team working with us - sales, design, project management, warranty services. Each of them were fully engaged and aware of aspects outside of their area of expertise. We are so glad we chose to build with David Weekley and are happy with and proud of our new home! Dream team

Although we bought the house that was already comlleted for another customer, a relatively short experience interacting with a sales representative, Crystal, and house superintendent, Jeremy, was just absolutely perfect! We identified few items on inspection and a walkthrough, with some items that were part of the design and not technically a quality issue that typically would not be entrtained by a builder (at least based on our prior experience with other builder in the area), but not in this case! All issues were attended to expeditiously and corrected as per our request. The house was presented in perfectly cleaned conditions. That was absolutely the best experience and the only reqret is that we did not have a chance to go through the entire building process with this excellent team of professionals.
