I was hesitant to complete the survey even thu I had one submitted a while back with a five star simply because the supervisor had called me and asked me to give them a five star , I wasn't convinced that I should.We selected David Weekly home because we own one in Florida and we were very happy with the quality in that house,but on this one here we liked the elevation,floor plan and some of the material used but didn't expect the finish to be in the poor state that it was from the roof to the paint down to the cabinets which was the worse.We had a punch out list made, the punch out list still not done till today. Very disappointed in the approach to excite the punch out list and the amount out time it's taking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience with David Weekley Homes was outstanding from start to finish. Preston Nowaski and Brandon were exceptional throughout the entire process, and Joy Moore stepped in whenever needed to make sure everything stayed on track. Buying our forever home from over 500 miles away could have been stressful, but they made it as easy as such an undertaking could possibly be. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Mary and I are honestly pinching ourselves at how beautifully everything turned out. We couldn't be happier with our new home and are truly grateful to the entire David Weekley team for making this dream a reality.

I have purchased many homes over the years. This new build process was the best experience I have ever had! All the people were great to work with as they all helped us to accomplish our goals together. Communication was unbelievable. Every phase was communicated what and when was expected. Inspections found typical problems and hurdles, but all were taken care of promptly.
