Professionalism Appreciation

It is a genuine pleasure to acknowledge the professionalism of William Dickinson and Chad Carrodus during the completion and purchase of our house in Ponte Vedra. We are from out of state and in part because of the distances involved we depended (and continue to rely) on these gentlemen for their advice and assistance with our numerous questions --utilities, landscaping etc. These issues, though individually small do add up and their help was (and continues to be) greatly appreciated. Chad and William are polite and resourceful and do their jobs with impressive competence.

Amazing Experience

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience. Savannah was great with helping us decide on a floor plan that fit our family needs. Caleb was very detail oriented and walked us through the entire build process with patience. They both made this a stress free and seem less process. We love our home!

Peace of Mind in Building a Home

Right from the start, I felt extremely well taken care of. My sales rep, Jordan Marusky, showed great knowledge during the initial stages and walked me through every step of the process. She was helping me navigate it all from beginning to end. The peace of mind she provided was priceless!

Home Buying Experience

This was a really good home buying experience with only a few hiccups. April, Elisa, and Matt facilitated the process. They were detailed throughout the process. And they made sure we felt heard and welcomed and attended to our needs. The only issue I've had is the few things at closing that we were to get fixed has taken almost 2 months now to get fixed and that has sucked. Priority slows down a bit once the check clears so I get it but I'd love to finally be settled in. Additionally, Russ has been on top of things as well with the warranty process.

Highly Recommend David Weekly Homes

The experience of building our David Weekley home has been positive throughout every stage of both the sales and construction process. Our Sales Consultant, Kirk Ricketts, went above and beyond during the pre-sales phase to help us make the right decision. Our builder, Caleb Garrison, was highly attentive to our wishes, and any concerns we raised were addressed promptly and professionally. Communication with both Kirk and Caleb was frequent, thorough, and greatly appreciated throughout the process. We would highly recommend David Weekley as a preferred builder to anyone looking to build a home.

Overall Building Experience

The whole building experience was great! Michelle on the sales side and kept me informed every step of the way. The design center was great. Kimber the GC had all the subs on schedule like clockwork. We had some minor issues that were fixed promptly. The only downside is the landscaping - MIA for two months and without a sidewalk from the street getting through the dirt and mud was a problem. We thought everything would be completed except sod by the time we moved in and the sprinklers are 80% done and some topsoil, that's it. We hope that gets finished soon.
