Personal attention at it's finest!

Everything promised at the start was delivered at the end. Our personally assigned builder, Andrew, was very hands on and did his best to address any concerns my wife and I had. Sales staff was spot on also!

Incredible Experience!!

The entire homebuilding experience was truly amazing. I have heard so many horror stories about working with custom homebuilders and was blown away by the professionalism, knowledge, creativity, and craftsmanship that David Weekley provided. They treat you with respect and their main priority is making sure the customer is happy. Danielle and Manoli are the absolute best in the business, one of a kind, we hit the jackpot getting to build our dreamhouse with the two of them!

From the very first day we stepped into the model home, our experience with David Weekley Homes has been nothing short of exceptional. When we first asked to see one of the available quick move-in homes, we were welcomed with kindness and professionalism. We returned on multiple occasions and were always greeted with a smile and handed the keys to tour the home we were interested in. We have Eileen to thank for making every visit so easy and enjoyable. We are also incredibly appreciative of the financing team. Jason worked hard to ensure we received the best possible rate and incentives that come with purchasing a new David Weekley quick move-in home. He was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and proactively stayed on top of any changes throughout the process. Our builders, Erika and Harley, were equally outstanding. Even though our home was already built when we found it, they were able to answer every question we had-from the early foundation stage through all the inspection phases that David Weekley Homes requires. Their deep knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression. It's clear they take great pride in the quality and attention to detail that go into every home, and it's refreshing to see a builder hold such high standards-something not all builders share. Lastly, our Warranty Manager, Jason Foley, has been excellent. He's shown incredible patience as we navigated the moving process and has been diligent in ensuring all of our warranty paperwork was completed correctly. He personally came by to answer our questions, address any concerns, and walk us through each registration item with care and thoroughness. All in all, we want to express our sincere appreciation for the entire David Weekley Homes team. The quality of construction, modern design, and unmatched customer service have truly exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with our home or our experience.

Great job from start to finish

We enjoyed the whole experience. From the sales team (Nate) and the design team (Jesica) and to the builder (Robert) we had a good experience, learned a lot during the process. They answered all of our questions and they went out of their way to build our dream house.

Could not be happier!

The entire experience from start to finish with the team was great! John was super helpful in answering my questions from the time we toured through closing and move-in. Nick and his team did a great job with the build and kept me up to date with the build progress! Russell and the warranty team have made sure everything is looking and working well after move-in. I couldn't be happier with the house; everything looks great, and you can tell the team takes great care and pride in their work.

Aim for Excellence

Excellent home. Excellent people. Excellent service. We bought a home which was essentially already built. We appreciate the time line for closing, the attention to overall finish of the home, and the continued support post closing. Of course there was professionalism, but the care, follow up and understanding of our purchase, especially given the loss of our son at the time, was significant and truly appreciated.

Disappointed after closing warranty care

Building the home was good and our sales representative was amazing. However, the after closing repairs aren't to the standard we were promised with the warranty. We have had two no shows after waiting all day. The first repairs were to replace a few door knobs and the first attempt to get them repair and he was a no show. Turned out he quit and there was no communication from the company. During the second attempt, the person was incredibly rude to my aunt who was doing us a favor so we didn't have to take off work again. He ended up replacing the back door knob which didn't need to be fixed causing us to have two different sets of keys to the house and refused to show the work order when my aunt expressed that door didn't need fixing. Finally on the 3rd attempt the supervisor came out to fix the correct repairs just for another door knob to randomly fall off the following day. The other repair involves our oven breaking after using it two times. After finally getting approval for a replacement oven, the people were a no show. Again no communication. My husband called the company at 4:48 and they assured the guy was in the area and would be handled today. We are going on 3.5 weeks with no oven and two young kids.
