We currently live in Hawaii and had to build our new home while being 5,000 miles away. The Tributary team was remarkable in coming up with ways to keep us up to date on every aspect of the build process. we were never without a clear view of the progress. Very satisfied with their more than expected support.

My husband and I purchased a David Weekley "quick" move-in home in the Spring of 2026 in New Braunfels. This is the fifth new construction home I've purchased and it was BY FAR the best experience I've ever had with a new build. The team with which we worked was outstanding. They are extremely customer-happiness driven, and very professional. I presented some "interesting" requests throughout the 60 days of our contract, and the team met them beautifully. On top of the wonderful process we enjoyed with the team, the quality of the construction is much better than any new build I've ever purchased. This builder is THOROUGH, and we got our home for a very reasonable price, especially given that it's a new build. They also offer wonderful floor plans and lovely design options. All in all, very impressive. If you are house shopping in an area in which David Weekley homes are being built, I would highly recommend that you visit this builder and consider the benefits of buying with them. Lovely with a side of concern

We absolutely love our david weekley home. It was perfection upon walk-in. We appreciated the extra miles they went in landscaping and giving us a beautiful start. Right upon moving in the home on our left underwent construction, being built. All was well until week 4 when it seemed the big boss wasn't coming around and the workers began trashing our lawn. Leaving piles of bricks on our lawn, tearing up our fresh sod that we've been meticulously caring for daily. They left our yard tattered and eventually fixed it after weeks of requests. Now the home on our other side is being built. These new workers have no laborer to gather up trash. There is no system in place aside from dropping your trash to the ground. Aside from any poor look that might have, we are in a sort of wind corridor which is absolutely lovely, but it blows all their bottles and FIBER GLASS and wood splinters and plastic directly into our yard. Our yard is a playspace for 3 small children. I often glove up and go remove their trash. Right now it is so peppered in fiber glass our children cannot go outside. Simple measures to not be sloppy would prevent this. I would suggest david weekley clothe their workers in david weekley t shirts while they are on the job as we believe this would instill a sense of pride about their presentation and work. As of late the insulation was left inside an open back porch door and just blows on out of the house. We have held off on posting this but the issues persist and as happy as we are with our home, we do not recommend buying in an area that is still undergoing construction. Other than that we recommend david weekley and our subdivision to everyone we know. Truly awesome warranty and workmanship.

Our Dream Home

My husband and I have contracted with other home builders in the past and we did not receive the kind of communication or workmanship that we experienced with David Weekly homes. We have been over the moon in love with our new David Weekly home!! Every morning we wake up and still can't believe we live here!! Working with Sy and Eric throughout our home build process has been amazing. They answered every question we had and took care of us every step of the way. We are so in love with our dream home!
