Dream Home Building/Buying Experience!

This was my first home-buying experience, and the team at David Weekley Homes could not have made the process feel more seamless, reassuring, or enjoyable. Professionally, I spend my days reading between the lines, reviewing data, identifying patterns, and anticipating errors; so I fully expected to be working overtime throughout this process to ensure everything met my standards. Instead, from the very beginning, I felt completely supported and confident in the team. From the moment I met Kim, she was friendly, bubbly, and a true breath of fresh air. She reminded me that this process can actually be fun, something to celebrate and enjoy, not just manage. Jake and his team were equally exceptional. Their dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness made me feel at home long before I was handed the keys. Jake's knowledge, oversight, and hands-on involvement were especially impressive. By the time my final walkthrough arrived, I came prepare, based on advice from others, to flag multiple issues. Instead, I found a home completed to such a high standard that being "picky" felt more like fine-tuning than problem solving. Any questions or minor items I raised were welcomed, never dismissed, and handled with care. The entire experience felt as though I was purchasing a multi-million dollar home. This team represents David Weekley Homes with true class and professionalism. And after recently meeting April, it's clear this group operates with real synergy. Closing day and Kim picked out the most beautifully curated welcome home package. I cannot recommend David Weekley Homes highly enough. This team exceeded every expectation, and I will confidently recommend them to anyone considering building a home.

DWH Quick-Move-in-Home not the same experience

Because we purchased a David Weekley "Quick-Move-in-Home" our building experience was more limited than if we had selected a home to build from the ground up. Actually the only choice we were allowed to make was requesting interior wall & trim color from a limited pallet provided by the design team. All the other decisions had been predetermined by the builder/ sales/ design team so it didn't feel quite like "our home" until after we had moved in and then could add our own personal touches. That said, we were kept well informed about building progress and we had full access to view the property at every stage. The website and owner's manual presented the stages of the build very clearly. The great David Weekley team members were always there to answer questions and explain the whole process. They made our journey feel personal as they welcomed us into the neighborhood. And now here we are!

Great Team to work with

Our home was built and move-in ready upon purchase. The whole team at The Preserve @ Five Oaks were fantastic to work with and very attentive to our needs and timing during the process. Lisa Lee was quick to respond to every request and question way had along the way.

Excellent quality and service

The purchase of my new home was excellent from the start to the finish. I received constant updates throughout the construction. Kirsten Gregory (Sales) and Phillip Stevens (Construction Manager) went above and beyond throughout the process, even assisting with personal deliveries.
