Knowing and Getting the Home We Wanted!

We purchased a completed home. We met Alison when going through the models in Verrado. We told her what we were looking for; she understood and took us to the home that met our needs, well enough that we purchased it. Our experiences with Alison, Sam and Tina were exceptional!

Under Whelmed, but do love where I Live.

This will be a long review, so hold on! We don't have a "build" experience really, as we bought an inventory home. The buying process is easy with David Weekly. The use of their lender was very underwhelming. I am a Realtor, and communication is something I value immensely. Lender didn't have communication throughout process unless I asked a question. Now, on to taking possession of the home. The first two weeks they were very responsive to requests of things needing attention and I value the communication that Thomas Fowler and Michelle Parrigan had. Then the warranty person kicked in. While the first meeting seemed good, and he was responsive the first week or two. Then Crickets.... I gave time for my requests in the portal to be addressed but didn't hear anything. So my husband first sent an email, and his response was that he would have the new warranty person get in touch as he was not handling the community anymore and she will be handling from now on. So I sent an email asking for updates on outstanding issues. He did respond in a few days, with updates on items I already knew had been completed. And others he would turn over to new person. One of my main warranty requests was that the quartz on our island appears stained. I tried different items to clean, but it is deep into the quartz. The update on this is that it is cosmetic and they will not address this issue. Again, I am a Realtor, and have seen many quartz countertops, and have never seen this type of problem with a piece of stone. We are now in present day as I type this review. The new warranty person hit the ground running and has completed all items except for the stone and floor. Both have vendors that we have spoken to. So we will see where it takes us, but this review is based on my current experience to date.

Great Work!

The David Weekly team made it super easy to go from apartment dweller to first time home owner. They truly stick with you through the process and don't just abandon you once you close. I have had the builder come by several times to check on us and he truly cares about his work. The sales people were very nice and worked hard to get me into a home that works with my budget. I was shocked what I could get for the money. David Weekly does a great job.

Next chapter

I had been looking for a community in Union or York counties and about to look elsewhere when a friend told me about Encore Streamside; I visited the community and knew this was the place for me to start my next chapter.

We are back to living Weekley

This was our second time building with David Weekley. From start to finish Julie, Clint, Chad, and Sarah were all very helpful in getting our house designed and built from the ground up. We would definitely recommend building with Weekley to anyone.

First Time Homebuyers Who Totally Recommend DWH

My husband and I are first time homebuyers, but this was the most fun and stress free experience. Michelle and Gilbert are amazing!!! They provided consistent communication and made the process really smooth from start to end. Our home is beautiful and we are so glad we built with David Weekley Homes.

Outstanding David Weekley Experience

Our experience was outstanding. We contracted for the home just as construction was beginning. We were still able to change a few high-priority items, which was great. Construction went very smoothly and quickly. Our sales representative, Andrew Rodriguez and our builder, Godfrey James, were wonderful to work with all along the way. The quality of the completed home was excellent; better than anything else we have looked at.
