Location is great, designs and quality is amazing

Location is great, house designs and quality is amazing, sales(Gaz) and builder(Greg) representatives are very helpful at all stages. However I had one open issue with grading of my yard because I was not consulted at the time of yard grading, and DW team was not much interested to resolve that at later stage. Ideally customers must be involved in such decisions when you have 2 options and need to select one. Warranty POC(Chris) services are not looking so great, from many weeks i am following up with him for a small thing but did not receive any response. I have some water logging issue in my yard, I don't know when this will be fixed.

New home purchase experience was great from start to finish thanks to summer Parker and heather Parker both provided the great service every step of the way.they made the entire process from the first visit to final walkthrough.Caney hill building manager answered all the questions at the walked through the entire process explained very detailed related the home construction awesome service.Heather and summer Parker is very knowledgeable both went above and beyond both are So wonderful ??

Outstanding team at David Weekley

My expectations were high as I had been looking at David Weekley homes for a while but the team here exceeded my expectations. My sales person (Adrienne Briant) was outstanding and is a genuine advocate for the customer. Also appreciated alex (builder) and Kenya (warranty). Great professionals. Most builders fall short. DW does not.

Enjoyed the Entire Journey!

David Weekly has got this whole process down to a science. The process, the communication throughout, and the result were superb. Our builder was incredibly accommodating, even with last minute requests. Our sales representative was always on top of communication and made sure we were in the loop on all items pertaining to our house. We could not be more pleased with the entire journey to our new home.

Loving our Retirement Home

We purchased a home that was completed. We would have loved to make changes but realized it was not possible . Overall from the start, Jaime our representative for David Weekly, Tony the building supervisor, Jourdan who oversees the warranty concerns after closing have all been very patient, professional and corrected/addressed all of our concerns. Very pleased with taking us comfortable and grateful for our new home. We couldn't have asked for a more professional group of people that always followed through with our questions and concerns. Very impressed with the David Weekly team. The only complaint I have is the quality of the cabinetry. They should have put soft close throughout the house not just the kitchen. We met Taylor today and was a pleasure speaking to him. Another great asset to your team. Mary Fran
