New Central Living by David Weekley homes are coming soon to the Houston community of Reserve at Park Row.

Houston, TX (May 29, 2026): Central Living by David Weekley Homes, the high-density division of David Weekley Homes offering luxury living in prime locations, will soon begin building single-family homes in Reserve at Park Row on the west side of Houston. 

Buyers will be able to select from eight floor plan options ranging in size from approximately 1,700 to 2,625 square feet of living space with two to three stories, three to five bedrooms, two to three full baths, one half bath and a two-car garage. The builder will also soon open two model homes for tours.
