Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing!!!! I was a first time homebuyer but from the time I step foot into the David Weekly office I knew I wanted to purchase a home. The staff was and still continues to be phenomenal even after I have closed and moved into my home they have always treated us more like family than just another customer. Everyone went above and beyond to answer any and all questions that we may have and the materials used in their homes are top tier.

I had given several punch list item to builder to fix it prior to my Closing date and builder did not resolve the item until the closing day and some of the items are still outstanding after 4 weeks! Someone from builder messed up the mailbox key and gave me wrong key for the mailbox during closing and i did not received any of my important mails and packages for 3 WEEKS. and i followed up with several people from David weekly and No one give me any updates and i had to personally stop my work and had to chase the local post master to figure out the issue and after using my contacts in USPS, i finally got key for the correct mailbox. The electrical work was done terribly and i wonder how it even pass the electrical inspection. During construction someone had cut the Neutral wire and power line wire in MDP and poorly patch it somewhere in the wall which is most likely causing issues to trip the GFCI switch in garage every day! And when GFCI switch trips then it does not even trip the wall plugs at all! And One of the wall has electrical outlet but it is missing power wire and now to fix that they have to open up the wall! If it is faulty construction then why your construction team don’t resolve it in timely manner and wait until homeowner to point out the issues in house. It is challenging for homeowners to make time arrangements after the closing for all this warranty repair work which is give to builder prior to closing! In nutshell i am having really bad experience with David weekly team. I appreciate for the some of the team members who are helping me to resolve some of the issue but it is costing me tremendously by stopping my work and stay at home to resolve this issues with your team.

Kati, our sales consultant, provides us with an outstanding, low pressure, and amicable sales process. She is very responsive and obviously really cares about our experience. Gibbs gave us a detailed walkthrough, pointing out many things we would not have even thought to ask. He had everything prepared for our final walkthrough. Joseph, our warranty manager, has visited us three times. He responds quickly and is also very concerned that we have a great experience. After a month in our home, the David Weekly team continues to check up on us - something we have never experienced in our many home purchases. We spoke with some of our neighbors who purchased from a competitor, and they did not have nearly the positive experience we have had. We will definitely recommend Davis Weekly Homes to anyone we contact who is home shopping.
