Rated 4 out of 5 by from training There is a big opportunity for training your employees, builder make an effort to satisfy our expectations but every time we ask something he struggle to bring a Yes and the reason is that nobody teach him how to work building your lot. Also your salesman never get involved and never try to work anything of our petitions. We always had to ask Abraham Perez that he was not directly involved but we knew that he will help anyway, but he wasn't the sales responsible so at this time and making a review of our first time in our old house that everything was outstanding; in this new project there was big gap of discomfort, like if it was your first building your lot. Honestly Josh "builder " , Abraham "second base Salesman" bring everything at the end in good acceptance.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bad post-purchase carr The ease of purchasing our home was beyond imagination, however the after care has been horrendous. We were not informed of a dispute with the tax office, this is delaying my exemption for taxes. The lawn care people sent out to mow before moving in cut a wire to sprinkler system, still not fixed. Warranty department subpar so far and stated that the landscaping was covered. I had to purchase new landscaping because the trees died but found out it's because sprinklers don't work because you cut the wire.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional Customer Service Jennifer has outstanding knowledge, experience and provides exceptional customer service! She was the driving force behind us choosing DWH. Colin is easy going, excellent skill set, and his ability to get things done made the DIFFERENCE in our building process. We highly recommend this team and DWH to our family/friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Team People Building a home is a trying experience, no matter who the builder is. Our experience with David Weekley homes was so good because our sales person and our personal builder were a great team and were very attentive to us. They listened and they kept us informed. Both were fun to work with.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The Gardens at Urban Crest A week before closing we inspected the home with the builder and identified issues that needed to be taken care of before closing. We returned two days before closing and none of the issues had been resolved. We spoke to the builder. The next day he sent workmen to take care of most of the issues. Some of the issues had to be taken care of on the day of closing and the day after therefore we could not move into our new home on the day of closing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heights at Two Creeks I purchased my home after it had been completed, so I was not involved in the selection or building process. This is the 4th newly constructed house that I have closed on. The team of Susan and Matt were amazing. They went the extra mile to make my purchase, closing and move in seamless as possible. I am extremely impressed and absolutely love my home!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Home Buying Experience Our new home in Crossvine is our 4th home to purchase, and our second new build to purchase. The experience with the David Weekley team, specifically Kelsey, our sales agent and Gavin, our builder, has been wonderful. Our situation was unique as we purchased the home while still living out of state, and needed a quick turn around on a partially finished home for closing and move in. Kelsey and Gavin didn't disappoint! They both were extremely communicative throughout the process, and even since closing and move in, they both stop by occasionally to see how we are doing and if there is anything we need. You can tell they both truly care about the customer's experience, which is something I have not experienced before. I would highly recommend a DWH to anyone in the future, and I would absolutely recommend working with Kelsey and Gavin in The Crossvine community!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Empty Nest Journey My husband and I are empty nesters who have migrated from the Midwest to Texas. Early on in our journey, David Weekley was recommended to us as a reputable builder. Morgan, our David Weekly representative called, texted, and emailed us frequently. She even took photos of the progress and posted them online! She has taken the time to get to know us and we can tell that she cares about not only us, but all of the people that she has sold homes to in our neighborhood as well. She even helped to connect us with services in our area. Morgan has a proactive approach to problem solving, taking care of details before they became issues. We had a good working relationship with our builder Jake. Jake had a team approach to communication and was part of the weekly update calls. He worked hard to make sure everything was completed. Jake even sent house cleaners over to make sure everything was tidy. Moving 862 miles away was a difficult decision to make. Buying a David Weekley home made the process easier! We now have a beautiful home and two lifelong friends in Morgan and Jake.
