Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality homes and exceptional service! First-time home buyers on the Austin area at Presidio Station, our floor plan is “The Sierra” two stories. Here we are after a year of selected the house lot, 4 months waiting for city inspections, 8 months of home construction (during covid era) and a month after closing date. Our new beautiful home is a condo style in what we consider a great location. We didn’t expect perfection we knew the building process could be long, a little bit challenged and overwhelming, and now we know it was worth the wait. Thanks to our assigned team, Kristy and Brian who made the process smooth and easy for us, almost perfect. PROS: - Cool concept of a neighborhood - Great location with Subway station just a few steps - Impeccable customer service. - Quality homes. We got our own inspector confirming this. - Knowledgeable and responsive team. Our sales representative and project manager, Kristy and Brian made a great team, with excellent communication during the entire process, they kept us updated on each phase, followed-up each question we had even after closing date. - Builder allows some major customization (in our case we chose sliding door to the backyard and grass and stones on our backyard) - Large selection of design choices (maybe except on floor vinyl on light colors). - Very professional communication. Home building portal where they loaded home pictures and kept us communicated on each phase. - On the design center everyone is nice and helpful, specially our designer Kiana, she always treated us with respect and answered every question trying to help us with our selections and keeping our budget. - We were happy we only got a short list of open items the day of our home buyer introduction meeting, all solved on the Closed Day. And things we found on our first days living on the home they always tried to help us to solve them and followed up with vendors. - We got our warranty meeting, personal is so friendly and they guided us with minor things we found during first weeks living here (Thanks to our representative Carton) I would say so far so good in this area. CONS: - You should pay attention to the prices that fluctuate in few days or weeks (homes prices and features prices on the homeowner transaction summary). - We chose a home design with kitchen in second floor, they got only few options with Master bedroom and kitchen on the same floor. - I would say we only had just few floor vinyl on light color options. - For us, closed date was defined a month before closing, officially it is 45 days, I would say we understood that because the covid situation but we were leasing an apartment so naturally you need at least 60 days’ notice, we had to manage that uncertainty.

Not a Fan of Frigidaire. Need to include some Whirlpool or GE selections. Also wish there was some flexibility in Garage Ceiling add ins like a Versalift. All in All a good experience.
