Rated 5 out of 5 by from JJP We came here to checkout this community that we noticed from the road. We met Joe Poli and he let us know there was a spec home being built that was available. We lived 2.5 hours awaybat the time and were still unsure of the area and exactly where we wanted to be. After a lengthy conversation with Joe we decided to move forward with the purchase of our home. Joe represented David Weekly Homes the way David Weekly would want everyone representing his brand. I come from a QA background and I knew immediately after talking to Joe I wanted to live here and be a part of the community. Joe knew the product he was selling like the back of his hand, his professionalism and concern to make sure we had a excellent experience showed everytime we talked to him. I can't say enough great things about Joe except if I owned a company he is the person I'd want representing my product and my name. During the building process I met the builder Justin and even crossed paths with Patrick the warranty rep a few times as well. Justin and Joe made the Weekly phone call to me the same time every week and I never had any questions because they always answered them during those calls. I could go on for days but in closing I can't say enough great things about Joe, Justin, and Patrick. They were absolutely amazing and made the David Weekly homebuilding experience the best experience we've ever had by far in buying a home and this was our 4th and hopefully last. I'm a big fan of David Weekly homes and the way the employees represent their company and the way they have their process down from the initial meeting to after the completion of the home. I will definitely keep recommending David Weekly Homes every chance I have. Thanks again to Joe, Justin, and Patrick.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy New Build I thought the process was very smooth. I liked having a choice between finishes but not having to pick every little thing. Dave was a great builder. He is very particular and made sure things were done correctly. He also was able to answer any questions I had. Joanne added pictures to the David Weekley website which I love! It was exciting to see the progress each week.
