Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything we wanted in a home, and more. We began our search a year before we bought. Our first stop was the David Weekley model in Sterling Creek. We absolutely loved the Burleson plan. And although we continued our search for another six months, we never found a house we liked as much, so we returned to the Burleson. What made it even better is that everyone at David Weekley, from the sales staff, to the design center, to the builders in the field, made the process a real pleasure. We always felt that our satisfaction was the most important priority to the builder. And this was true all the way down to the subcontractors. We could not be happier with our purchase.

As soon as I walked into the model, we were sold, and the sales consultant played a MAJOR role in our decision. Overall my family has a home that was within our price range to accommodate our young and now growing family. Buying a home was easier than I thought, and the David Weekley staff involved are to thank.

A home buying experience can be stressful but our team communicated so well that we were truly able to enjoy every single day of the process. We were very well taken care of and all deadlines were met or exceeded. Building our home was so much fun and we'd highly recommend David Weekley.

Our experience with David Weekley homes was so good because our sales person and our personal builder were a great team and were very attentive to us. They listened and they kept us informed. Rated 3 out of 5 by from The Gardens at Urban Crest A week before closing we inspected the home with the builder and identified issues that needed to be taken care of before closing. We returned two days before closing and none of the issues had been resolved. We spoke to the builder. The next day he sent workmen to take care of most of the issues. Some of the issues had to be taken care of on the day of closing and the day after therefore we could not move into our new home on the day of closing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mustang Lakes Exceeds all Expecations After looking at multiple communities (Light Farms, Windsong, Hollyhock, etc.) we selected Mustang Lakes. Meeting the builders and walking several models it was clear David Weekly was the choice, after meeting Kelli we were even more confident with our selection. Her attentiveness, understanding and listening for comprehension were far superior to other sales agents within the neighborhood. Our builder Keith followed suite with the same level of attention to detail, accountability and execution; skeptical by nature i had all expectations exceeded. It wasn't perfect but every item of concern was resolved with focus and timely communication. I don't enjoy moving or the new home process but can say without question that as a team Kelli and Keith have made this a pleasurable and enjoyable process! Thank you.
