Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best experience ever We were shopping for a house for our son when we saw in a Community houses built by David Weekley. We had just a year ago purchased a house from another builder, needless to say it was not a good experience. We decided to start the process of buying a move in ready house from David Weekley. The sales agent Elena was outstanding. She kept us inform every week, We just needed to text her and she would give us access to the house. Also our personal builder Preston would get in a conference call with Elena and us and keep us updated as to how and when things were being done to the house. Financing was a breeze. Very small cosmetic things were needed to be addressed. No plumbing, no electrical problems found. I must say with the team we had assigned to us our faith in buying a brand new house from a respected, responsable and excellent builder has been restored. We are presently enjoying our house and turning it into our forever home. Thanks Elena, Preston, and of course David Weekley!!

We are first time homebuyers and were pleasantly surprised with how smooth the process was with David Weekley. Our sales consultant, Syrus, was very helpful and informative throughout the home buying process. Carson our builder and Graig our warranty representative made sure all of our needs were met on move in and continue to be there for us. They kept contact with any updates and always make themselves available. The whole team has been great to work with and we are very happy customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a team! Having been a real estate professional for nearly 30 years, the excitement of seeing a new construction project has lessened over the years. I was showing a client the Grand Central Townhomes, and fell in love! My client immediately decided that this was the community for them, and signed the contract. Having sold my previous residence, I was in the market for a new home. I thought I wanted to buy in a high-rise condominium home, but, as we all know, Buyers change their mind like the wind blows! I decided to join my clients, and purchase a neighboring townhome. From the minute I signed on the dotted line, my David Weekly team leaped into action! Weekly follow up meetings, texts answered in record time, and guidance throughout the whole process. Ive since closed, and moved in. The team experience didn';t stop there! Constant follow up, just to ne sure they had a happy customer (me)! Thank you Lisa, Carson and Graig for a smooth transaction, before, during and after!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Home! We purchased a DWH home that was mostly completed so we were not a part of the building process. Despite that, the finishes and amenities in our new home fit perfectly to our liking and the style will age well. The location, floor plan and size of the home also exactly met our needs and the home was available at just the right moment. The build quality and fit and finish are excellent. The DWH team that we've encountered have also been excellent.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Disappointing I put my unit under contract quite late in the building process. At first the builder was fantastic, telling me that if I had any issues I could always reach out to him. On the day that I was due to get my customer service call, he texted me to make sure I understood how important the review was. I gave him very high marks. The next day some issues with my unit started to come up, and it was like night and day the way he responded. He said he wasn't dealing with me anymore and that he would pass me on to my WSR. My WSR, while very , very nice, has proved useless. He listens, says he will follow up and get things done, and in reality he is a black hole. Now that I have been living in the home for three days, I notice a lot of things I didn't see before. The craftsman ship is sloppy and low quality. Some of the issues would be easy fixes if I could get my builder or my WSR to act on anything. All in all, this has been such a disappointment. I would NEVER buy a David Weekly home again, and I am lamenting this mistake I have made in buying this one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as great as I would have expected! The homebuilding went well; although we purchased a home which had been started. There were some options we wanted, but none were allowed after the start, even if it made no change to the footprint. I was disappointed in the quality of the cabinets and appliances. I was really disappointed that there were no electrical outlets in the family room floor for reclining sofas and end table lamps. The super shower in MBR is wasted space, because this is nothing there but a single tiny shower head. To be "Super" there should have been body jets, a stool, and a rain forest shower head. Also, there are no towel holders or support bars in the huge shower. There are dents in the floor that must measure 1/4" for repair. My dents are 3/16" and we have to live with them. I have experienced 3 new homes prior to this one and all were much cheaper, but the last two had many more modern amenities. Finally, I'm real unhappy that my home has lost $60K to $80K in value in 2 ½ months. I have concerns about the appraiser, who appraised my home for my mortgage and where he found his comps.

The weekly calls were great, everyone went Above & Beyond and still to this day even after closing they are attentive to our needs. It all started with a simple phone to Grant and this led us to our dream home. Nice people-great customer service by the entire team. Mike B.
