Charlotte, NC (June 16, 2015): David Weekley Homes has broken ground on their latest in-town Charlotte community, Central Living at Iverson. The first phase of construction will feature four move-in ready Showcase Homes, a fully-furnished model home and sales office. When completed, Central Living at Iverson will include 22 Craftsman-inspired three and four bedroom townhomes.
Located in Dilworth on Iverson Way, and across the street from Lowe’s Home Improvement, Central Living at Iverson will offer Dilworth-inspired front porches, two-car rear-load garages, second-story entertaining spaces and third-floor private spaces. The second phase of construction is scheduled to begin late summer and will consist of four additional showcase homes.
