The collection adds two new floor plans to Weekley’s current offerings, with prices in this collection starting from the $460s.
Featuring homesites built on a hill, the two Summit Collection floor plans include two-story, rear-entry homes that have the appearance of one-story homes from the front street. Ranging from 2,800 to 2,900 square feet, The Steinmore and Glenmount floor plans both offer two bedrooms, two full baths, an oversized kitchen island, study, covered porch and two-car garages.
The builder also features one- to two-story townhomes in the Garden Collection, priced from the 370s, and single-family homes in Park Collection, priced from the $420s in Eden Hall.
