DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES ANNOUNCES GROUNDBREAKING IN BELMONT
ATLANTA, GA (August 28, 2014): Today, David Weekley Homes announced the groundbreaking of Belmont, its newest community in Smyrna, GA. Located at North Atlanta Road and Windy Hill Road in Cobb County, Belmont is a mixed-use development featuring over 100,000 square feet retail shops, restaurants, professional offices, plus luxury apartments and single-family homes.
Weekley was selected as the exclusive single-family home builder of the estimated 153 single-family, detached homes at Belmont. This residential section, named Village of Belmont will feature three distinctive collections of the award-winning home builder’s Central Living product. Pricing will be in the high $200s to $400+ and homes will be reminiscent of turn-of-the-century Americana. Sales are expected to commence early next year.
