David Weekley Homes and Baseline celebrated the groundbreaking of Baseline Peaks Collection.

Denver, CO (March 12, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, recently broke ground on a new model home in Baseline Peaks Collection, an upcoming section within the master-planned community of Baseline in Broomfield, CO. The builder is expanding its presence in Baseline with its reintroduction of single-family homes.

Buyers will be able to select from four single-family floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 1,780 to 2,620 square feet of living space with two to three bedrooms, two to three full baths, one half bath and two-car garages. Select floor plans will offer a rooftop deck.
